I had a wonderful experience during my visit @ CVS. Elia was extremely helpful addressing my needs (and the person before me). Other Team members jumped in quickly when additional help was needed. Great job to all the Team members including the Pharmacy team!

Anyway, I went to the CVS/Pharmacy store location (700 South Gaffey Street) in the town of San Pedro, and I've just bought myself an 8-piece pack of Kellog's Pop Tarts: Brown Sugar & Cinnamon Flavor with the help of that 40% off coupon earlier this morning.

I came to this CVS location for an online order pickup. The customer service here is outstanding. There was a little issue with the order, but Yvette took care of it courteously, promptly, and professionally. This kind of customer service will keep me coming back.

I walked to CVS today because I had $9 extra bucks expiring soon. I was looking at Wet and Wild eye products and they had a sign saying spend $10, get $5 extra bucks. So I spent $10 and change, got $9 off, and received $5 off my next purchase. Isn't shopping fun??
The checker was very nice and helpful.

I went to this branch (Siuth and Pali Verde) Dec 29 to print photos. I write to give credit to Monira (I asked for her name because I was impressed that she took time to assist me). She was a bit busy at the counter but when there was no line she came to help me out with my concern. And she was knowledgeable and most important, patient and pleasant. When I lined up to pay she was about to leave for her lunch break. Still she made sure I had made the size and dimension I wanted.

A great store. I’ve lived in the area since 1977, visiting the same stores and changing occasionally due to not finding what I’m looking for. I have known most of the long and short term associates employed at CVS and can say they are all excellent most if not all of the time. I never rate them bad for a single bad experience that can happen due to special circumstances, we are all human, but what counts is their overall commitment and service to their customers.

I have been doing business with CVS for the better part of 17 years, they used to be not the other side of South St. so this will bring into perspective what kind of a time stamp I’m speaking from. Some of the finest people I have ever met are dedicated to the their craft, and provide some of the best customer service anywhere anytime, in an occupation that requires perfect patients and focus, I must say Christie, Tabatha, Jason, Hihreen, (hope I’m close with spelling her name right) & Sofia.

They have a hard job thats stressful in many ways, I as the customer am grateful for these well chosen associates of CVS pharmacy in Lakewood. You have heard the phrase “when the going gets tough, the tough get going! This is true with Christy, we love her and hope for her to accell and make it to the top! She has been at this CVS before I was a customer of this store. thats about 16 hears ago, Lynn and I are always glad to have her on our side, now it time to say some nice things on her behalf and its long over due.

Many of us don’t sit down and do these surveys because it takes time to write em and post from a recipe that we either lose or just accidenetly throw out I’m just as guilty of this as the next guy I’m the worst procrastinator too.

Jason is another fine gentlemen that has gone the extra mile for my wife Lynn when things were difficult with the communication lines with doctors and their personal staff Jason took the extra time on several occasions to get the job done so Lynn could get her meds right and on time too. Sofia is always greeting us with a smile at the drive thru she is quick accurate and focused on what she is doing but still has a cheery way of making the customer feel good about the visit to CVS.

Tabatha is always cheery and focused she keeps a good memory as well with birth dates with us locals, she has always complimented us on our pets when we all make the drive thru. Hihreen always has nice things to say and is quick with the transaction and focused on her job, she is as cool as a cucumber sharp as a tac! we are happy to see her as well. Oh Karla my appologies I cant forget her she is another pleasant lady here we enjoy her help at the drive thru window just like the rest of the staff Lynn and I think the world of Karla too.

Thank you all for your help I may have missed some of the other associates at this particular CVS pharmacy but everyone is always good to us whether its in side at the counter or the drive thru, its nice to get our medications accurately and safely.

The only thing I don’t really care for is the continual change in your automation system, its getting harder for some of us to keep up with the changes… I can’t imagine what its doing to the employees always having to keep up with it. thats it for now, we will continue to do the surveys a bit more often.

This CVS Lakewood Store #8844 is Wonderful!!! Dustin the Supervisor really goes out of his way for a customer. To me thats V.I.P. Treatment!!! I needed help and he was right there for me. Thankyou Jesus!!! For the Precious People you place in my path!!! This is a very nice clean store. And the Employees are just Lovely. I hope you all give this store a visit!!! Good Job To Whomever Hired Dustin!!!

The self service machines always seem to have a problem or always need service. Employees are great, excellent service and always seem to be busy.

Need to teach employees to go the extra mile for all customers. Gain a client., make a friend.
We are all experiencing a difficult time to do business and WE ALL NEED THE PAT ON THE BACK!!

Overall helpful and great people too see when you walk thru their door. A good place to shop.
