Ayres Suites Diamond Bar

I stayed here more than 3 times. The location is perfect for me. Bathroom is always clean and spacious. The bed is on the soft side, and bedding is extra crisp today. Coffee/fridge bar with A sink is so convinient. Breakfast is lovely for me, with more healthy options now. Price is also reasonable if you sign with the Ayres website or if you are state/fed employee. My kiddo likes the place too. It is not A luxury hotel, interior/deco is old-fashioned but every utility item is modern and easy to use.

We found this place after issues with a nearby Days Inn. They had great last minute availability, pretty good pricing, and they even let us check in early. Everything was clean and very pretty, and housekeeping was wonderful with changing out linens when we needed. We stayed for a week and had no issues whatsoever.
Sylvia at the front desk was great! She helped us out the first day, and every day we were leaving she greeted us with a smile. She was super personable and remembered our names. She was so so sweet and definitely made it a great experience.
Overall, highly highly recommend!!

Sarah checked us in and she was very friendly and professional. we felt very welcomed to your hotel. when we left, the front desk lady thanked us for staying and said they hope to see us again. The morning breakfast was so good and the chef was very helpful. Very nice experience.

Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable. My room was clean and comfortable. I booked my stay for two nights and then with the help of Sylvia, at the front desk, decided to stay an extra night. Sylvia remembered my name every time I came to the desk, we had a nice visit and is a good reason why I stayed an extra night. Highly recommend this hotel. Exceptional! Professional, and kind staff. Fantastic breakfast bar, super comfortable rooms and beds. Giant jetted tubs!!! Quality exceeds the price. This hotel is better than super fancy ones elsewhere, without being stuck up, and snobbish. =)

Lovely place to stay. Easy accessible and despite being next to highways, you have no disturbances from them at all.
Nice and friendly employees. Nice pool.
Breakfast is fine as well with enough variety. If I would be in the neighbourhood again, I will certainly stay there again.

This hotel was so amazing and even better because of the price. The staff was so friendly when we checked in and they had chocolate chip cookies! We went to the pool which was super warm and had towels for guests. The room was spacious and had the toilet / shower separate from the vanity which was nice for our family. In the morning, it had a great breakfast with eggs, bacon, waffles, juice, pastries, cereal, coffee, tea, etc. It's also right down the street from a target which was great to grab a few essentials.

Loves the happy hour with wine, soda, and snacks. Breakfast has good variety to choose from. Having computer and printer available definitely is a plus!! Definitely will return. Thank you.

The hotel was great. Great area, service and a great price. The size of the room as well was surprisingly huge. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This was a very comfortable hotel conveniently located to the freeway, restaurants, and malls. Don't expect ambiance, but if you want clean, comfortable, and value, this is it.

Excellent breakfast, which included eggs, pancakes, waffles, cereal, fruit, and more. The coffee was surprisingly good!
The front desk service was excellent.

Not knowing the area, I asked Daniell what it was like. She said she felt it was a good area and felt safe herself. All persons had smiles on their faces and were always asking if we needed help or had a question. I felt the price was excellent for such a beautiful SUITE, in a beautiful area!!

Right off of the freeway but can't hear the freeway. A ton of parking. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Decent breakfast. Hotel is very clean and smells clean. Close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was welcoming and kind.

Great stay experience, looking forward to stay in the near future. Probably the best deal available in the diamond bar area.
The only issue we had during our stay was that none of the EV chargers is working, fortunately now Tesla has superchargers everywhere

This was actually a really nice hotel. I liked the location, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and roomy. The place smelled nice and the breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

This location always has friendly staff. The beds are comfortable and there is breakfast included. I started coming here in search of a better bed and I don't have issues sleeping here unlike some other hotels. I will always choose Ayres if it's near wherever I am travelling.

The Staff and Cleaning team were amazing service and attendance was Excellent and I highly recommend this Hotel to everyone. Thank you for your service I give it a 5 star Hotel....

This hotel is quiet, clean and safe. Very efficient staff. Rooms were cared for. Price reasonable. Only negative lousy coffee.

Beautiful & clean! Our suite has a small jacuzzi tub 😃 which is a nice touch after traveling all day. We checked in after an 11-hr flight from Taiwan. Perfect for our 1-nite stay in Diamond Bar before flying out to St Louis via ONT. Breakfast buffet is included. Happy travels!

The entire hotel is clean and very nice. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Highly recommend. Well worth it to pay a little more for an Uber to get to the stadium!

Loved this hotel! Sweet little spot that felt like home. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Our room was thoroughly cleaned daily (if we wanted) along with fresh towels. The atmosphere was nice and calming, too. I would stay here again.
