So happy with this place, a friend recommended it when my little puppy was injured. Dr Choi and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Before proceeding with treatment they actually broke down the cost and never made you feel bad about anything which is how some of our experience has been elsewhere. They def work with you in trying to come up with a cost efficient plan for your little one. Dr is super blunt and straightforward, which I appreciated 🙏🏼

This clinic is a good affordable place and tend to you quickly and are efficient. Dr doesn't speak good English but still does a good job explaining and his staff is very helpful. My baby has spinal damage and I thought he would have to be out down but Dr knew exactly what medicine to prescribe and has eliminated the pain with pain management medicine and exercises my baby is still with me living a happy life

I've had nothing but good experiences with this veterinarian's office. Dr. Cho offers very reasonable prices, when many veterinarians will price gouge you for every little thing. It's hard when you are on a budget but still want to care for your pets! The office staff is also very friendly and professional. I had to put my beloved cat of 14 years down 2 years ago, and they offered the best price for cremation, and even gave me her ashes and a paw print to remember her. The other vets I checked wanted $400-500, for an 8 lb. cat. So I am thankful to Dr. Cho and his office for their quality care at affordable rates.

Brought my cat in, Jeremiah. He was in his deathbed. Still unsure if he got into something or if he was poisoned. Doc said he had cirrhosis. Dr. was really honest about the fact that he might not make it. We left him there for three days going in every day to check on him Dr. let us go and talk to him while he was in his cage. They had him on an IV within antibiotics.
Seriously the cat should not have survived, but he did because the doctor did everything he could. Jeremiah is now on a special diet and we should have them around for a few more years thanks to the vet.

The veterinarian is so sweet and compassionate chin. It. I found that this is the best place to take my pets cause. He just shows them a lot of love and respect, and they treat him the same.

My 12 year old Maincoon, Shupeli, was started drinking a LOT of h20 and was always asking for more water and more water. I was recommended Dr Choi by someone very close to me BUT they told me that his office was in Chino Hills/Riverside...and I live in Hollywood...BUT they said he was worth the drive and every mile!! And so I went...and I have to AGREE...Dr Choi is a VERY professional, fair and a GREAT Veterinarian who loves animals! Shupeli does not like ANYONE...but she was so kind to Dr Choi and let him do his exam without any drama. Dr Choi examined, diagnosed and explained her situation within 3 minutes. She has Diabetes as proof by the blood work but she is now in insulin. Thanks SO much to Dr Choi, Cory, Monica and the rest of the Francis Animal Hospital Staff! We are regular customers from now on. Keep doing the AMAZING work that you all do there!!!

By far one of the best veterinary hospitals I’ve ever been too 🙏. Very professional and my dogs ears came out spectacular!

I was really happy with the service here for my cat. It very quick and I liked the vets attitude. He was funny with my cat.

Dr Choi is amazing. We rescued Oliver who was in very bad shape over Memorial weekend. We took him to an emergency clinic who suggested we put him down. I preferred a second opinion and took him to Francis Animal Hospital. They saved his life and we are forever grateful. I have several cats and we will always go to Dr. Choi from now on! Oliver is doing much better meow! Thanks to Dr. Choi and his staff at Francis Animal Hospital.

I came here because chino hills animal hospital & resort refused me service because my dog was going to bite them and call the county if anything happened to them. I got to tell you SO MUCH BETTER HERE at St Francis ! My dog has came here before as a puppy but hasn’t been here since. My dog was a bit nervous at first but was so calm he didn’t even need a muzzle, they gave my dog good service, awesome staff, I was able to go in there with him for his vaccine rabies renewal, and everything was great, I’m coming back here again. Thank you :)

The receptionist was very nice and helpful to us; The Doctor was very attentive and caring to our little dog. Although our little one (she) was very ill with kidney failure, the dear Doctor gave 💯 % of his care to our precious little chihuahua. We thank him very much for everything he did.🙏💞

Taking my pets to see the vet can be stressful, but Francis Animal Hospital is different. I know my pet will get the best care and continued treatment from the doctor when needed. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I'll never go anywhere else as long as their doors are open because my pets respond so well and so quickly with the level of care they receive!

They took my dogs in when they needed acute care. They treated my dogs, and me with courtesy and respect.

The doctor was able to help my golden retriever with dehydration and fever we were walking in attended us right away after a shot and some medication my dog was back to normal thank you

The Dr and his staff are very friendly and attentive to you and your pet. I been lucky to have same day appointments. If not they are willing to squeeze you in (same day). The Dr really cares for his patients. The prices are reasonable too.

I have never been here before. The place I used to go to for the last 20 years, the vet ended up retiring, and a new crew took over that could care less about your pets. My cat was bleeding from his nose, not eating or drinking, and having a hard time breathing. After taking him in somewhere else and trying to get him better, it was not working. I'm pretty sure he had developed Cancer. It was clear to me that he was suffering. So many places I called could care less. They didn't even try to get him in, or were going to charge a fortune to help him go to heaven. The people here were so kind and caring. They took me in with no appointment on a Saturday. On top of that, their prices were extremely fair. I will definitely be using Francis Animal Hospital for now on. Thank you for being one of the few places that actually care about the well-being of our pets. I truly appreciate you all.

This is by far the best vet I have ever had. If you want a good Dr. for your pets, this is the place. I will never go anywhere else now that I found him. His staff is great and they all will jump right in to help. A big thank you to you all.

Great service great price

The doctor was nice, he was able to see my kitty the same day which was nice, he's open a little later which works out great. Prices are about the same as everywhere else, overall a great experience
