Let me just say- WOW WOW WOW 1000x WOW!! I came in with two gold bands and a wedding stack from my mom, gifted to me. I wanted to custom make a few pieces and Tra’Ja really hit it out of the park. After expecting my jewelry, we came up with a game plan to use the 2 gold bands and the diamonds from the set/stack to make a necklace and two new gold bands. She went above and beyond to make me feel so comfortable and empowered through this whole experience. It was such an amazing time to sit down with her and pick a part the diamonds and play with designs and placements before deciding the final designs. For the necklace, we chose to do a really pretty twisted gold band with a beveled pendant setting for the marquis stone from my mom’s wedding ring. With the leftover tiny diamonds, we placed them in the two gold bands to make a matching ring set. One for me, one for my older sister. A way to “always have mom with us”. Tra’Ja was so communicative through this whole process and stopped whatever she was doing to answer any questions or fill me in on an update. She got me the best deals she could and made sure I was really truly comfortable with numbers before going to the next step. These custom pieces really mean a lot to me as the original rings carried my family for a long time and Tra’Ja took them and watched over them with the upmost respect and care. She taught me a lot about the science behind diamonds and metals and I was so fascinated, like there is so much that goes into this industry and she left me so speechless! I feel like I made a friend and the excitement she had FOR ME on pick up day really shows how much she cares for her guest. She advocated for me and made sure that if she saw anything that wasn't up to expectation to personally work with the jewelers in the lab to make sure it was all absolutely PERFECT. I took progress pictures of the whole experience and I am just so grateful and blessed to have worked with her on this very special project. I truly cannot say enough kind things about her as she really is a superstar! Huge huge THANK YOU to her! 🫶🏻

I had a wonderful experience with Christine. My sweet boyfriend has been working tirelessly to design a ring that I will love but until today I did not know what I wanted. That is, until I met Christine, who was patient, sweet, and very informative. She gave sound advice and knowledge about diamonds and the 4Cs. Then she gave me the opportunity to try on and get a close look at many different styles. She gave me the names of each little detail I loved. I left the store feeling confident and finally knowing what I want. Now I can finally lead my boyfriend in the right direction. Elka was absolutely AMAZING. My fiancé and I were looking for rings and had no idea what we were wanting. Elka really took the time to walk us through options and educate us. Elke was the best sales person I could have asked for. Very knowledgeable and amazing personality! Elke got me a very good deal and was very personable! I was in and out very quick and left with a ring better than I had imagined. This purchase couldn't have gone any better!

My fiance and I went ring shopping back in April. We spent an entire day going to jewlers such as Shane Company, and other stores. Literally every place we went to was a disaster. It felt cold and unhelpful. My fiance asked if I wanted to make one more stop out at Jareds in Tacoma. Though I was reluctant, we went anyways. Elka has a knack for seeing my vision and finding exactly what I dreamed of. She went out of her way and made me the perfect lab created head to fit my beautiful stone. She was in constant contact with me, updating me. Every time I go in, Bill and Elka go above and beyond, they treat me as a friend and always make me laugh. They genuinely care about me and my fiance, and it shows through there time and efforts.They truly invested into me and my dreams. They both work well together as a team. They are a dynamic duo, and amazing people. I look forward to going back for the wedding band.

My fiance bought my engagement ring at Jared last year and we had a wonderful experience with the resizing process. As we approach our wedding in April we realized we needed to get my wedding ring as well! Our first stop was Jared. I went to Jared to get my wedding rings cleaned and inspected. I mentioned to Elke, the associate who was helping me, that we were interested in upgrading my ring. My original set was 18 years old and I wanted something a bit different. Elke and Yolanda were wonderful and helping me find exactly what I was looking for! They showed me several options and variations of what my ring could look like until we found the perfect fit. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. My new set looks stunning and I couldn’t be happier!

I had THE ABSOLUTE BEST service from Carolyn, Connor, and Elke!! I came in with an issue that I thought couldn’t be resolved, but boy, I was wrong!! First of all, everyone was so friendly and so welcoming there!! They offered to clean my jewelry even before I said anything about my problem.
