We had a problem with our heater and called numerous places for repair. We got the run around and spent hundreds of dollars with serviceman coming in and out of our home for days on end.
We finally were referred to North Air and Vigen came over.

Vigen quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the replacement part and thouroughly explained everything he was doing. Within an hour our heater was working and everything was fine. No up charges, no run around and complete professionalism.

We specifically wanted a Trane HVAC system and researched a lot of companies and decided on North Air because of their responsive customer service and attention to detail. Vigen, the owner, has so much experience in the industry and answers all of your questions. He is not pushy and backs his recommendations with his expertise in the product. The North Air Conditioning company from Burbank visited our premises and efficiently replaced our old air conditioning unit with a new one. Their work was outstanding, and they completed the task promptly. Additionally, their pricing is quite reasonable.

Finally made the switch to a Heat Pump system to complement solar panels and North Air made the process seamless. Vigen was professional and easy to communicate with during the whole process. Vigen and his team converted our AC/Gas furnace system to an all-electric two (2) stage heat pump, replaced all ductwork, created a custom metal platform, new electrical, and installed new registers. The team had our system, which required a crane, installed in one-day on our roof, which required North Air to coordinate with our roofer during the day of the install. Vigen was even able to obtain a structural engineer on short notice to get the permits completed. On top of all of that, Vigen informed our family of the huge rebate the city has for heat pumps! Vigen at North Air recently replaced my outdated air conditioning system and did a great job. Even though I'd had a good experience with Vigen in the past, I consulted with several HVAC companies before making a decision on what system to buy and who to install it. Vigen just struck me as the most honest, no-nonsense person. He went over the pluses and minuses of various AC options in detail, including those the other companies were pushing. North Air proved to be a good decision. Installing the new AC was a massive undertaking given the constraints of my (poorly designed) condominium building, but Vigen and his team finished it all in one day. And everything he had said about the benefits of this particular AC unit has proven correct. It's also nice that Vigen is easily reachable via phone and text and responds quickly. He's a good guy. I would not hesitate to recommend him for your HVAC needs.

The North Air team was excellent in all ways !! I have had them service our home for almost 10 years with high quality Trane products. they assessed our home for a new two zone heating and cooling system. They put the units in and made all installation adjustments needed to HVAC and it is working beautifully! We are more comfortable with this system and now saving lots of energy and lower cooling and heating bills ! Thanks to the North Air team and Trane!!

Vigan installed a new HVAC system last summer and it is amazing, very quiet and efficient, we mistakenly reset the system, I called and he was there in an hour and reset the system and he did not charge for the service call, my wife and I trust him, he is a very nice honest man

Our central AC stopped working right in the middle of a summer heatwave and Vigen absolutely saved us! He was able to come to our house same day to take a look and quickly diagnosed a burned out motor. He removed the motor from our attic unit, repaired it at his shop, and reinstalled it the next morning first thing. My air conditioner was leaking. I called North Air and Vigen showed up within a half hour to fix it. I just moved to Burbank so this was my first time using North Air. You never know what you're going to get but the reviews I saw on Yelp and Google were accurate. Vigen is a very friendly, straightforward guy who tries to find solutions that are both efficient and cost-effective. He also replaced my air intake vent (which was a pain to open and change the filter) with a new easy-to-open vent with a hinge - see attached photo (marks on ceiling made by me, not him!). From my experience, North Air gets the job done well.

Our town home had a unit that was original to the building and was NOT keeping up! We called North Air and they were able to come look at it the next day! He really cares about what we need and delivers in a timely manner. My air conditioner died in 100degree temps and Vigen and his crew made sure to replace as quickly as possible. I used this company to get a brand new A/C system put in. They came out right away, changed out my unit, all the ducts and even changed wiring. Everything was done quickly in two days and very professionally. I would definitely recommend using them. They can fix anything A/C related.

My old HVAC condenser failed during the hottest week of July. I already know I wanted the Trane brand of HVAC products and I contacted North Air and worked with Vigen. I had a great experience! Vigen took great care of me and always returned calls as promised. North Air fit me into their busy schedule and in four hours, did a complete system replacement with a 16 SEER Trane system. I nice neat and clean install in a very short amount of time. I really want to thank Vigen for their professionalism, on-time arrival and a very clean installation. I would recommend these folks and will continue to use them for my annual check ups of course!
