Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Anaheim Los Alamitos

We spent about 4 weeks here in '22 as we were in the process of moving to Cypress, both during home scouting missions and as a final stop as we waited for our house to close. Basically, It was our home for a few weeks. I have nothing but great memories of the experience, especially the morning breakfast buffet which frankly I grew to miss after we left. The hotel is basically new and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The gym is nicely equipped, there is a nice patio to sit and enjoy breakfast and you're within easy driving distance to many food choices. Highly recommended.

This is a 5 star property in a great location. Clean, comfortable, well kept. Lots of electric car charging on site. Nice pool and patio. It looks new and fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent shower and hot water. Breakfast is superior (for a Fairfield) even though I generally hate free breakfast, I appreciated the bottled water, good waffles, and cereal selection. Good internet. This is as nice as some Marriotts and better than most Courtyards, Residences and Springhill Suites. Very impressed. I spend 200 nights in hotels each year and this is a highlight.

If you are traveling to this area, this is the best place to stay. Very comfortable rooms. Very nice and clean hotel housekeeping staff are so very nice and friendly. The towels are so clean. The bedsheets are very nice and clean. I love the breakfast buffet they have every morning you have so many choices to choose from whatever you want to eat, they have scrambled eggs, waffles, breads, coffee, fruit, like apple orange yogurt I love their breakfast buffet . They also have the coffee 24 hours in the cafeteria. they have a small pool. They also have a mini fridge and microwave a mini coffee machine in the room. They also have a separate washing area for the guest which also has a table chair and a TV in case you want to sit there however, I was only able to wash my clothes, but couldn’t dry because the machine stopped working. But luckily, there is a washer and dryer 3 minutes away from the hotel. I like the location because there are many restaurants close by. I have came with my family and we had a pleasant stay. The only thing I wish the staff had as a little more hospitality because none of them ever had a smile on face and not friendly.

Staying here marked my 100 night this year with Marriott. Booked it as I was traveling into Cali. Top notch as a lifetime titanium with Marriott who has stayed all over the world. This place is def top notch.

Hotel is new and clean. Management is very considerate- lots of breakfast choice and they are easy to take and go.

A very nice place to stay. Brennan at the Front Desk checked me in and out, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms and hallways have energy saving devices, which is nice. The rooms have special cleaning protocols. My only complaint is that breakfast closed early, so make sure to get your food 30 minutes before it's supposed to close.

We stayed here two nights in August, and it was a perfect stay! The room was spacious and very comfortable. It's laid out well and very clean. The people working were always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area had a good variety of food selections and was very clean. I liked that you could go outside to eat as well. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling in the area. Thank you to all who made it such a great stay!

Stacey, Kasey, Jocelyn & all of the amazing staff at The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Anaheim / Los Alamitos were absolutely incredible!

From the onset of arriving & accommodating our family's unique situation that was mishandled by phone w/ Marriott's guest services, breakfast being packaged up for us before we missed out, to the balance of the maintenance and housekeeping staff, everyone at this hotel is so gracious, welcoming and eager to serve! All of the wrongs by Marriott's "customer service" by phone were straightened out by these people for sure!!!

Huge kudos to the GM as clearly this comes from the top and these people must have been hand selected to love and serve people like they did my family and all the other guests I saw them interact with!

Staff here is the best. We're here once a month and everything is always perfect. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else

A modern design hotel - well kept and very clean. The only small issues experienced was that the bathroom sink faucet was difficult to turn on/off the water. There is also a delay when communicating with staff via the official hotel app. We enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast each morning. The hotel has a small business center with 2 computers and a printer available along with a pool.

Hotel is clean as a whistle. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Personally, the location was a little further out from where I needed to be. For others, it may be fine. Well lit and a secure feeling.

Breakfast selections are very average, but the breakfast staff is very good.

This seems like a fairly new hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, as expected at a Fairfield. The check in staff were friendly and welcoming.

Great rates in a good area. Newer hotel was clean. Really good gym with decent room to move around. No spa was the only bummer. Breakfast was nothing special, but everything was good. Staff was very nice. This is a good spot to be close to the beach, Angels Stadium, or other local attractions. I will stay here again if I'm in the area and on a tight budget.

Love this new Fairfield. Been a long time Marriot customer and usually stay in the Residence Inn collection. However, this location is super convenient, very clean, with fantastic friendly & helpful staff! Can't go wrong here.

For a bonus, there are several very good restaurant within a block or 2 of the location. A great liquor store next door, several shops, a barbor shop & even a brewery. What else do you need! Forgot to mention that the hotel has a fitness room, pool, free breakfast, FREE parking, and firepits to enjoy. This is my new go to hotel for Orange County, CA.

I am floored by how wonderful this stay was. The surrounding area is quiet, but not remote. I walked to get food and coffee my first day, and it was so close by that I wasn't even able to finish my drink on the walk back.

The staff was wonderful. I did not encounter a single unhelpful person. Stacey at the front desk is an angel, and to be honest, everyone I encountered was super friendly. How this hotel was able to amass so many nice people under one roof is beyond me.

Before this place, I was at another hotel that was sorely lacking in cleanliness, and the difference between the two was like night and day. I've left two hotels in the past three months for not being clean enough, because I just cannot spare the mental bandwidth to deal with an uncomfortable place while working. This place was CLEAN, and everyone in housekeeping is super nice and absolute professionals at what they do.

My only regret is that I didn't book here to begin with, because I could have saved myself a lot of grief and the hassle of moving from one place to the other.

Stayed here for an extended stay. Amazing prices and amazing staff! Room was spotless and was always cleaned without me asking. The room has everything you need including an iron and ironing board! Special thank you to Stacey for making my stay so amazing and tending to me needs. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

This new hotel is really nice and the customer service is excellent. The hotel is very clean, comfortable beds, nice size rooms and bathrooms, lots of modern touches with USB ports and TV options.

The pool area is a bit small but they have other areas outside to lounge in. Large breakfast area which is a nice play to hang out during the afternoon or evening if you need that extra space. Tea and coffee available all day long. Breakfast options are typical. I also appreciate the free level 2 car charging available in the parking lot.

The location is a bit odd for a hotel but there are several restaurants within 1 to 2 miles by car, with Seal Beach about a 10-15 min drive.

We booked a room for 2 nights but we were so comfortable we stayed another. The room/bathroom were very big and clean. I was even able to bring my kid slide. The staff was very welcoming and attendant. Breakfast wasn't that big but it was good. My only complaint the pillows were too flat. We requested more. Other than that it's a nice hotel and close to everything.

This is one of the nicest Fairfield Inns I've stayed in. I wish there was more to choose from at the breakfast buffet - and especially not heated croissant sandwiches in plastic wrap - but at least everything is replenished when needed. There is also a gym across the street and the exercise classes have loud music several hours of the day, which can get annoying.

Very nice Fairfield. Very close to the Long Beach Airport. We will stay here again.
