I feel really lucky - my first experience at this store was on a day Jose was working.

I love A&O clothes, and also get a little overwhelmed about what to pick, what looks right.

***Jose went above and beyond, finding suits that I love, and encouraged me to try items I would not have picked on my own (that I LOVE even more). In addition to being a talented stylist, Jose is an incredibly nice person.***

Subsequently I have had the opportunity to speak with other people working at this store and my experience was excellent (thanks Tatiana!).

Went to the store 3/27/22 Sunday. Hours are listed on-line as 12-5 pm. Arrived at 12:30 pm to find a sign on the door saying out to lunch until 1:15 pm. Please call before you go. Store only open for 3 hours and 45 minutes.

Not only their clothes of terrible quality, they also have a 14 day return period! They don't even tell it to you when you buy it, but write it small on the check at the bottom, as if someone is reading it.
I was in Miami and got covid and stuck there for 2 weeks. Upon returning home, I decided to return the jacket, as I found a better one online. But I was refused a refund and even a store credit. That is, they do not value their regular customers and cannot even make a concession in case of illness. I will never buy anything from them again in my life and I do not advise you.

Terrible experience my first time making a purchase with this store and it will be my last. I went to return my size 30 jumpsuit with tags still attached along with the receipt within the 14 days of purchase to return or exchange couldnt do either at the West Hollywood store. 1. I didnt have the physical card on me that I used to purchase it. 2. I couldnt exchange because the manager " Pam" wasnt there to do an exchange until Monday go figure that. I guess the workers there are incompetent to do exchanges without a manager present. Or sorry I was told their policy is that cant do exchanges without " Pam" being there. So I cant post this until I tap the stars so I will give u 1 star but u really deserve 0 stars.
