Agoura Bible Fellowship

I am visiting my daughter and decided to visit Agoura Bible Fellowship after reading their statement of faith and tuning into a sermon online. I love that the Word is preached.
I felt so welcomed from the moment I arrived til I left. I will be in the area for a few weeks and I plan to make this my 'home church' away from home.

I have been coming to ABF for just around 2 years now and I couldn't be happier. The pastors Scott and John are great people, really personable and easy to connect to which makes their sermons easy to connect with on a personal level. Their strategy for helping each member of their Church build a stronger relationship with god is really great, I personally have never felt closer because of the church and some of their great members. They have GREAT kid programs to, during Sunday service, weekly at night during the school year and a really fun summer camp.

Warm family-friendly gospel centered Church.

This church is a hidden gem! The people are so awesome here! Pastors are awesome too! It’s a church that feels like home! There isn’t backbiting or slander here, it just doesn’t happen! The gospel is preached and lived here! This church isn’t run like a business like some are, it’s run like a family in LOVE and when a brother or sister in Christ is going through hard times they aren’t scoffed at or humiliated but they are loved, supported, encouraged, and helped so they can get back on their feet. What I’m trying to say is when they see a genuine need they don’t look the other way. This church has been a blessing for me and my family when we went through hard times. When we first went here we had so little hope that things would be okay and I’m not talking about money here, I’m talking about the hope that I could ever trust anyone again. We had a really bad experience at a prior church and abf helped us put our focus back on Christ and not what we were going through and I did begin to trust again. People here practicing what they preach and loving with the heart of Christ helped us turn our gaze back to Jesus and to know that we would be okay. God brought us to a church where we know we belong! What I love about this church is that it is a community of believers who LOVE CHRIST with more than just their lips, they actually LOVE GOD with their lives!!! With every action they take!!! With their words they use!! It’s not about being spiritual but about having a relationship with Christ and this church is so real and such a blessing!!! The pastor doesn’t have to tell people to greet those around them because people naturally greet those around them! After service people hang out and get to know one another! I have never seen any other church that was as loving and bible based as this church!!! This church is home to us!

This is our church home. ABF is small enough that it's possible to know everyone, but big enough to have some great programs for kids, teens, parents, etc. Pastor Scott and John are terrific. Plus the worship team is amazing!

A solid, Bible believing, Bible preaching church. Stepping onto the church campus feels like home with a loving family of believers.

First visit. Family oriented and friendly people, clean word, great music and fine environment. Planning to go next Sunday.

Very friendly people, uplifting teaching, and GREAT music. The property is beautiful, and it feels good to be there.
