AT&T Store

Had the pleasure to be helped by Hugo today at the AT&T on Kanan Rd. in Agoura Hills. Hugo went above and beyond to provide the best customer care experience for me and my family. We went in for trade ins and data transfers and Hugo was extremely knowledgeable about everything and offered the best customer support.
While waiting I witnessed him interact with an angry customer and Hugo handled himself outstandingly, he kept his cool and diffused the situation, made calls to support that angry lady and did his best to accommodate her absurd demands. I was impressed by his kindness and patience.
I would 100% recommend this store!

I came in for a Sim card failure notice that displayed on my iPhone 13 Pro. This location was close to my work and I did read the previous reviews. Tim was so helpful and professional. He knew exactly what was going on and explained everything to me. He switched my iPhone to an e-Sim and said that I’ll never have this prob again. I was in and out in 20 mins on my lunch break! And, he didn’t try to sell or upsell me on anything. Thanks Tim for your great customer service!

I've been an AT&T customer for over 10 years over the years I've had some good experiences and some not so good experiences. My boyfriend and I went in for an upgrade and a number transfer. It truly was a positive experience. We were greeted right away. The rep. Austin was professional and knowledgeable. Very patient with our not so tech savvy selves. I give this AT&T location a thumbs up 👍 and Austin an A+😁

The associates were readily available as soon as I walked in the store. The associate who helped me was very knowledgeable and straightforward. I would highly recommend any AT&T customer to visit this location. It's a flag-ship store 🤓

As soon as I walked into the store, I had the best customer service than with any other phone company. Victor C, Austin, and Ronald were very down to earth and helpful employees. They were so patient answering all our concerns and questions. Although it was a long process, it was as if we were already friends because of how kind they were. I definitely recommend this location to family and friends!!

Paola Is an exceptional rep. Went to this store and she went out of her way to fix my issue. And she did it in just a courteous way that even though she was wearing a mask i could hear her smile ☺. To whomever is in charge there don't let this employee go. She's such an asset to the company. Thank you so much for your wonderful service Paola!

We came in for a new phone and left with more. We were greeted immediately by Paola. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, polite, patient, and had a great sense of humor. We will definitely be going back to that location. Thank you so much Paola!

Chris was the best. I came in with a broken screen and Chris pulled up my account and explained how I could have a better set-up (phone, pad and TV) for not much more money -

Professional. Knowledgeable. Friendly. (They risked life and limb by putting the Giants game on for me while I waited).

Chris and all the crew there helped to get me going.

As crazy as the world is just now it was nice to have an “old-fashioned“ customer service experience. Thanks fellows! You deserve a raise.

Went in to purchase a new phone for my son and left with huge smiles on our faces. Obviously my son had the smile because he had just got a new phone, but good ole dad walked out with more money in his pocket. Victor went out of his way to look into our account and a few minutes later, the good news waas dropped on us. Victor was able to find a plan with more features and saving me about 10-15% on my monthly bill. First time heading into this location and it wont be my last.

Went here 4 days ago with my wife to see if we could get some help with our Verizon equipment we brought over to AT&T with us. This very helpful guy named Victor helped us and after awhile he figured out our Verizon phones were not compatible with the AT&T network. Victor got us a good deal on trading in our Verizon equipment and I must say the AT&T network is just amazing. And 5G everywhere we go awesome stuff.

Love this store! Been to many At&t stores in my day and this is my go to! I pass 3 stores on the way here, they always take care of me and make sure i'm fully satisfied! Moises there's a reason you've been my go to At&t guy for years, you're one of a kind and you people person skills are one of the best I've ever seen. At&t is lucky to have you.

We were at the store last week. The manager Karina was really nice and pati. She explained really well about the plans that might apply to us as well as pomotion. We ended up open a new account with AT&T, and she helped us to set up account and ordered new devices.
This is a very pleasant shopping experience. I would definately come back for other services and recommend this store to my friends.
