DO NOT purchase from Sister/Metro/Adarn Furniture. You will regret it. It took over 3 months for us to get our order and it was NEVER completed. First we received the wrong color. Once we received the correct color, not all the parts were included. Then, the WRONG parts were sent and they never remedied the problem. We were left to build parts to complete my son's loft bed. Also, they had us store the wrong bed for a month until they found another buyer for it. Rather than picking it up. Communication is a problem. No one answers the phone numbers listed on the order. They do respond via email after 2 days but English is not their first language and communication is often not clear. I would never buy from them again or recommend them.

Horrible response to emails. Will not warranty nor replace broken furniture. Just lost $141.00 to this company. Buyer beware, shop somewhere else!
