I love 7-Eleven I come every day

This is a good store. On my last visit however they cooked up what I wanted quickly. Great service.

When you buy Grizzly make sure he scan it. Because sometimes there is discounts but he didn’t scan it so they get the difference. So sad how much money he is making but still hustling customers for one dollar!!

I was trying to get those numbers for 7 days in advance, but the cashier was rude and gave me the entire different numbers. (Time of purchase: 10:45 am). And I was told by him that he can't serve me no more

This is my go to place before work usually fair service but this time 👎🏽 I walked in and heard a man say “ hey I gave you a 20” cashier said yes so sorry and gave him the correct change when I go to pay he tried to do it to me smh cashier “ Shiier or shiien “

We’re in the middle of a pandemic and the morning shift guy doesn’t have a mask on. I wear mine during my entire work shift properly with asthma and I’m not complaining wearing mine. Meanwhile this guy doesn’t even have one near by while talking on his phone. Everyone who works here is rude and no one greets you coming in or says anything after you pay and either nothing is in stock that would normally be at any other 7-Eleven location and things seem to be expired. CHECK THE DATES!!! I just can’t come to this location nor could I recommend it to anyone. Worst idea putting a 7-ELEVEN in this location.

This 711 has yet the worse customer service Ive ever experienced. The register guy always looks like he just got dumped. He never smiles. He doesnt say anything if you say thank you. He is rude, he made me throw away a carboard box that I used for my taquitos because we are apperantly supposed to use bags. YES, HE RATHER HAVE ME THROW IT AWAY THAN USE IT. I dont know what kind of sick disgusting childhood hood he had but that guy has issues. He will start yelling. I had no choice but to leave the damn taquitos behind. I still dont understand his logic of him having me rather throw away a cardboard box instead of using it. He also doesnt undertand what youre saying and on top of that he is always talking to someone on bluetooth while you are trying to purchase an item, because of that he fails to give customers the right change. Ive seen it.

Now you know why this 711 is always empty. The only people that buy here are amazon employees because the store is near by. But please save yourself a headache and go somewhere else with a person who actually washes their mouth and doesnt yell at customers.

Older lady which is the owner is rude!!! OVERCHARGED my iced coffee to $2.80 and doesn't add rewards if you have it. Their soda is bland and iced coffee is nasty. They look behind your shoulder when you are filling up your cup. Would give 0 stars but I wanted to advise everyone about this place!!

If I could give a negative number I would! The store clerk would not let me use the restroom even if I was going to buy something. There were two public restrooms available (no Employee-Only sign, no No Public Restroom sign, they were visible public restrooms that were both locked. I didn’t even get the chance to ask if I could use them, when he came toward me and blatantly said no restrooms, even if I were to purchase something. Completely rude and unprofessional!

Worse place VERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE!!!! Indians or what ever they are need to learn costumer service when it comes people purchasing things my mother went in and purchase almost $20 worth of things with EBT and according to the rights of CAL FRESH BENEFITS anywhere you purchased as long as you pay with an EBT CARD BY LAW THEY CANNOT ASK YOU TO PAY FOR A PLASTIC BAG DUE TO THAT THE GOVERNMENT IS PAYING A PERCENTAGE OF THERE BUSINESS FOR USING the merchant machine but there is ways to talk not disrespecting a woman by screaming and snapping on costumers that way if they dont like there job look elsewhere but I get it they think there in there country to be disrespecting woman that way that's why they feel they have the right to by THIS IS AMERICA get use to our LAWS or go back to your foreign country

Charging $0.50 for my 7th free cup. Charging ring dounut and free redeem even though I did not take that free ring dounut. Looks like scamming me and 7-Eleven franchise at same time.

I asked them if I can get sauce and everything else and they said yeah, and then when I went to get cheese they said charge extra, don't come here go to the one down the street, everything here is either over cooked or handled improperly, I feel sorry for just the people that work there cus all the customers are going to complain, I bought boneless chicken wings they're hard, I bought tacos too, they're too dryed out, fr go to the one down the st, rip off business, and read the other reviews, never coming again, warning all my friends and followers, and bystanders
