Lowe's Home Improvement

I was so excited and happy when I saw the large amount of succulents available! I picked out a lot of them and got some great containers and some succulents soil. When I got home I made my first big pot full. I think it turned out nice.

Pretty cool. Super tight security and had to be escorted to the check out for a new faucet. Great helpful clerk though .

This is by far the best Lowe's I've ever been to. I do give them a lot of my money, but the people who work here are always very interested in my projects and ask me about them regularly, and always have positive comments. I'm most definitely a regular here.

I visited today in the Appliance department. Great service, and it seems like they have more display than some other location. Maybe it's the layout of the department.

I had a washer installed at my house by Sergio and Emanuel this morning. They were on time and when I asked to clean under the washer it wasnt a problem. Everyone in the house was asleep and when Sergio and Emanuel came they were very quiet and respectful of our house . I give them a 10

I've only bought plants and plant products from this Lowes but I like it. Their garden section is a great size and the indoor plant selection seems better than Home Depot. I also like their selection of pots. A few years back they had live lady bugs, I haven't seen them since but would love to get some. The photos are of an ivory pot I bought and a cactus on my last trip. I will continue to come back and shop and tell others to visit.

We have shopped here since we moved to Tacoma. All of the staff have been incredibly friendly from helping pick out a basic socket set, to finding the right sand for back yard fire pit, to helping us select and purchase and install new washer dyer and oven. We will always shop here for any home improvement needs.

Lowes was great. There are workers everywhere making sure you are finding everything you need. They also have such beautiful plants. 😋

You know what's crazy? The customer service here so greatly exceeds the big orange competition near my house that I would rather drive an extra 15 minutes. Everyone who has helped me these last few weeks has been friendly, willing, and welcoming. I don't wander the store looking for help, they find ME. They don't avoid me! Shout out to Christian & the online order team for going above and beyond in your effort to serve. Y'all are amazing. I'm writing this in your parkinglot because guess what, I'm back again!!!

Always find what I want at Lowes. Much better than that other store

I was just given what felt like the customer service in the days before big box stores and automated services. Details are not important in what went wrong previously but Frank in appliances took time to tag my large appliance order and rerun it on my credit card saving me close to $1000; a current promotion because my appliances were still there. A big shout out to Frank and Lowes other associates that helped..THANK YOU!

Great Lowe's especially the help you can get in the appliances section. Frank, the sales specialist for appliances, really knows his stuff and goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need to finish your project. Thanks a bunch Frank.

My granddaughter and I went to get her a washer and dryer. Binley helped us,, he was very helpful would ask for him again, he went out of his way to get the washer and dryer she wanted delivered this week. UPDATE JUNE 24TH went to find a toaster, they don't carry them, even the person we asked had to look it up as he didn't know the answer. Went to Home depot had great customer service and found a toaster.

Shout out to Bryce for awesome customer service skills! We were looking for something specific and thought it was out of stock. On our way out, Bryce stopped us. He found it! I thought it was nice that he kept looking.

If you go here an hour before they close you practically have the store to yourself like tonight when I just went!

Sam was very helpful with our salon renovation! He spent a lot of time helping us get our cabinets and countertops just the way we needed them! Thank you so very much for the attention to detail and all of the extra help! We will be back!
