Ocean View Cafe

Loved this little spot with the ocean view. We almost went to the restaurant next door by accident! The ceviche was really good. My fiancé and I shared that and the eggs Benedict and I wasn’t a huge fan but he was. He literally said he would order it again, although I would not at all… I’m curious about the Chilaquiles and will probably come back for that. We also like that it’s family owned and operated.

Only took me 7 years but I’ve finally found my favorite breakfast spot in LA. Not sure if it’s family owned but everyone working there seemed like a family. Couple that with the ocean view, and the over crowded restaurant next door and you feel like you have discovered your own hidden gem. Also the food was amazing! I ended up buying a jar of their salsa at the end of my meal and plan to always have some on deck in my fridge. It’s that good, my refrigerator will be incomplete without this salsa.

My birthday lunch was amazing and the food was delicious. Everyone was nice and friendly and the service was beyond satisfactory. I even received a pancake with fruit and whipped cream when they found out it was my birthday. Thanks for making my special day even more wonderful!

The owner and staff are kind, fun and attentive. The view & atmosphere were soothing & so beautiful overlooking the ocean. The food was great! I had the shrimp with the owners “secret” sauce and it was so good, my partner had the fish tacos. I cleaned out the container of sauce. I can’t wait for the owner to get it in store or online. I highly recommend

The people and the food are always 10/10. The views are incredible, smoothies delicious, and eggs cooked perfectly. Even our one year old loves this place!

First class! Hands down the best breakfast/lunch I have had in long time. The view is stunning. The atmosphere, music spot on. Great service. Smiling faces. Kind, polite and welcoming. On top of that the food is amazing, won't need dinner today most likely. Thank you, guys, well done

I really enjoyed my food along with the music and overall atmosphere. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. I really appreciated our waitress she constantly checked in with us and ensured we were taken care of.

Friendly place. Waiters Fabiola recommended chilaquiles and it was perfect. Chilaquiles. First time eating them with green and red sauce as they’re always spicy. Not here. You order it that way but for me it was perfect. Love the latte. Will try this place again. Give it a try. The view is beautiful. Manager/owner cool gentleman

This is one of my favorite breakfast/lunch spots to meet up with friends to catch up over nice food. It’s a nice, family run business with great food and customer service. They have a really nice coffee menu, too. There’s plenty of parking on the block above it but I’d say budget in some extra time for parking and waiting on the weekends. Lovely views and vibes, I’m really glad this place exists.

Great family run spot in Manhattan Beach for a quick breakfast. Large menu, great views and helpful staff. Had the veggie omelette and it was fantastic!

The view was rly nice, food was delicious, and the staff were very nice. Food is a little pricey, but it’s to be expected in that area. Overall had a great experience eating here with my friend :)

We had a bit of a layover in L.A. so we headed to the beach and had a delicious brunch at Ocean View Cafe. The mocha and cappuccino were exceptional!! The boy got an amazing French toast platter and our huevos rancheros and my Mediterranean sandwich were delicious! The staff was amazing and very hospitable. Please stop in and enjoy the view from the patio as you eat. Beautiful!!!

Great little cafe with good food and friendly staff. Perfect location right next to the beach. Food is decently priced too. the eggs Benedict was especially delicious!
