Pages: a bookstore

Great bookstore! It's a little light on nonfiction, but you'll find plenty of great fiction reads. It's close to Manhattan Beach Pier and a few cafes. I recommend buying a book and coffee, and reading on the pier. The staff was welcoming, and they have nice recommendations.

I went here yesterday as part of an independent bookstore tour. The location cannot be beat - almost oceanfront! One of the owners, Linda, greeted me. She was friendly and so wonderful. She made me feel welcome. The book selection was carefully curated with many wonderful displays. I found a new book of Sandra Cisneros' poems. I hope to be back soon.

The staff was super helpful. They asked me what I liked, and she gave me three options.

If I ever get back to SoCal, I need to visit! Last week I called to order a signed book. The man on the phone was charming and efficient, and my book arrived sooner than I expected. Thanks so much!

Lovely little bookstore. Everywhere are small notes with personal summary of the books. Highly recommended.

Store is organized and well stocked. the woman who checked me out also wrapped some gifts I got. this will definitely be my new book store :)

Best new-book bookstore in the South Bay.

This place offer books that most other bookstore don't. This is the first store that had what I really want. They had books like 1984,Animal Farm, Brave New World and Other Incredible book. If you are around the area and looking for a good book. Stop by here. They are really good

New favorite little place, lgbt inclusive romance and non romantic selections , welcoming for children of all reading levels. Feminist thrillers and diverse authors on display. I wish they were open till late at night!!

Super cute bookstore with lots of interesting books from authors I've never heard of. They also have cute cards.

I love me a good indie bookstore and Pages is fabulous!! Who doesn't love some bookish delight near the beach? Friendly, knowledgeable staff and quite a few signed copies of books. Go!!!

Such a wide selection of books, the perfect place for a last minute gift - they even have a great card selection! Knowledgeable and friendly staff as well.

I love books although I don't buy them too often. When I do buy books, I like to support local bookstores. I love Pages! It is a fun and friendly place to go and they are happy to order/pre-order books for me if they don’t have it. I really want to support our local businesses right now, so I decided to order a few books and take advantage of their curbside pickup (we are still isolating as much as possible). They were so helpful! A book I had pre-ordered a few months ago was released but they held onto it until my other pre-order was released and the rest of my order was complete so I could pick everything up together. When they called to let me know my books were in, they offered to drop them off for us so we wouldn’t even have to go out! Such great service, Already planning some more books to add to my library.

Perfect place to grab a book before heading to the beach. They have a great selection of books and everyone is so nice and helpful! They also have events that I look forward on attending in the future.
