New Mandarin Noodle Deli

Excellent meal with enough for leftovers. We had the spicy beef, pan fried dumplings, eggplant/basil, and dry noodles with house special sauce. Great service, despite how busy it was.

This place is known for their signature noodles just to name few from hand craft noodle, knife cut, thin, thick. Since it's mainly Shanxi style, majority of the dish are spicy and taste delicious. But they also have many non spicy choice too so no need to worry. My favorite are the noodle soup, there are like 10 different types and I am on my 5th try xD.

I had tried two other SGV noodle places and thought they were good enough, but this place takes it up a notch. The broth was not too thick but balanced and flavorful, noodles and dumpling wrappers have the perfect texture. This is now my go to spot for noodles in LA even with 30+ miles of driving.

Listen... I've been in prison 3 years. This was the first place I went. Love their beef noodle soup. (Knife cut) incidentally I'm not allowed anywhere near sharp objects anymore but the ladies are nice and they will take care of it for you. Put in work as we say.

They accept credit cards. Handmade noodles. The lamb and beef noodle soups were delicious. The dumplings were so tasty, they make their own wrappers, it makes it more delicious. The beef rolls were great too.

Friendly and quick service! Have been coming since they still had stinky tofu on the menu (no longer do, but the new expanded menu is better in my opinion). Noodles, especially the hand rolled (not pulled) are very QQ and delicious. Don't know what Q means? Try these noodles and you will find out! It's kind of this cross between Al dente and chewy.

We come so often, the staff already know our regular cold dish order of shandong style chicken. Deliciously fresh cucumbers and minced garlic over chicken in a special sauce.

I highly recommend if you're looking for hearty, northern soul-food.

What words can I use that eloquently and accurately describe the experience I had at this restaurant? Sublime...elevated...authentic. No these words fall short. The noodles, depending on the dish, can have a toothy al dente texture or a soft and silky mouthfeel. The sauces are expertly handcrafted for a perfect balance of salty, spicy, sweet with pure umami bliss.

But, it's the ambiance created by wait staff that makes one feel like they are eating at their Chinese grandmother's cooking. And I'm not Chinese. If you are in the mood to go for exotic yet down home Asian comfort food this is the spot.

I really enjoyed this place! I was in the area by myself on a random weekday afternoon, the beef soup I got was very tasty, forgive me I for it the name... but I would definitely come back

The noodles are soooooo goooddd! I wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often! Got beef dumplings, lamb soup noodles and onion pancakes and everything was on point 👏🏼👏🏼
