Honestly, I don't know why this place has had such bad reviews. I would definitely say don't let that fool you and instead give them the opportunity to speak for themselves. They offer awesome quality!!! As for my experience I have to say otherwise. I had an awesome experience some items were backordered and was told by the owner he would personally call me to let me know when it would be ready and sure enough. He has been very helpful and love how family oriented it is. They truly made my process as a first timer a pleasant one and lool fowars to many more years. When I say they go above and beyond they do they offer to alter to create the perfect fit. I really can not express my gratitude to this place for making the whole process easy and offer great quality!!! Thank you

Great customer service, prices are great compared to other stores I’ve been. Always have some sort of discounts, I got a teacher’s discount and I couldn’t be happier.

Great Service and the Staff out of their way to serve and help the customers.! We are from Our Lady of Guadalupe in East Los Angeles and we appreciate them. We must be grateful for all business that work to provide services especially to the Catholic School Community.

This is the worse place to get our kids uniforms for Catholic School. It’s nothing in comparison to Botana & Gomez nor school uniformity. There always closed and waited a month for a cardigan. I wasted my time 3 times already to go to a store that’s always closed. So unprofessional!! I will be speaking to our school principal at OLMM about this. Then to top it off I chatted with them and they said sorry to come tomorrow at 10am to pickup the stuff I PAID for. So I go and once again there closed. Very UNPROFESSIONAL

They said the uniforms would be ready in a week and still was not ready in over a month. Robin has the worst attitude here. Got upset that I asked for a refund! Stay away and shop somewhere else !

Pésimo el trato del dueño poco profesional y cuando llega el día que supuestamente tiene que tener listos no los uniformes no lo están y solo por un error de el de no revisar bien y lo peor que empieza a gritarle a los clientes este señor no tiene educación
