7-Eleven

I ordered Pick-Up at this location this morning. This was the absolute best Pick-Up experience I’ve had. Everything was ready when I got there, the staff was friendly, everything was really well placed in the bag, and there was nothing missing! They even gave me an amazing assortment of creamers and sugars In the bag for my coffee! Usually I have to double check that I have everything I bought In the bag ( no joke, every single time. Somethings always missing), but at this location, I almost felt bag for ruining the beautiful presentation that they had built! Amazing. 10/10 definitely recommend this location if you’re doing a Pick-Up order. Best 7/11 experience.

People on here might of had a bad time coming here for the first time, but from someone who has been coming here for 11 years, it's a matter of respect and culture. I learned to adapt to the people of the store and they have treated me with the up most respect. I've even had some freebies thrown in for respecting the values here. Sure it's not a 5 star restaurant, it's a 7/11. Treat it like one.

I have been herefor many years. There are two gentlemen there. When is a young one with glasses. The other one is a older gentleman. Every time the older gentleman is helpful and provides great customer service. The younger gentleman, is always upset and angry at everything you ask him. He seems to answer back very roughly and harshly. He hardly has a smile on his face. If it had not been for the older gentleman's kindness and respect to customers, I would have rated this 7-Eleven a one-star. Also in this time of a pandemic, the 7-Eleven needs to have arrows to tell people how to walk in and out so that there is no lack of social distance when two people try going down the narrow aisles. and they need to block off the entrance to make it one way go in and immediately one way go out. so that there is a plexi board or a divider between in and out so that people do not run into each other.

Its a nice place to park & buy snacks & the newspaper. The customer service is good. I personally know the owner Kay. Thank you for the good service.
