UPS shipping is very convenient.

I needed to return an item for repair via UPS and remembered that Staples partnered with UPS to provide convenient returns for Amazon. The item I needed to ship was quite large and I didn't have a spare box lying around my house that would fit it, so I checked the UPS store to see how much it would cost to purchase a 16x12x10 box and it would have been about $20. At Staples, I only paid $2 for the same size box. Definitely a great deal.

The UPS assistant was very nice and helpful. She allowed me to demo several boxes and see if my item would fit before purchasing the box. Luckily, we found the perfect size. I had to make several runs back to my car to get my item and bubble wrap and she was very patient. Upon checkout, I received a Staples coupon for $10 off a $30 purchase.

Other than the convenient and friendly service from UPS, I always recycle my drained batteries or unwanted electronics at this location. They allow me to accumulate points for recycling on the Staples app, but unfortunately, the app doesn't have the best UI, so I don't really use it.

The waiter on the side of copying and printing is very enthusiastic and professional, and made us feel very considerate service, very handsome, thank you very much!👍👍👍

I was helped by Amber in the printing department. She was efficient, professional, kind, and gave me lots of options. She help me enlarge a print of a newspaper clipping and was wonderful.

Had the best experience ever with an employee named Eve in the copy center! Working on a project for obstetrics and pediatrics nursing and she was an all star in guiding me through the process of organizing for a presentation. Eve, you are the best! I hope you become store manager soon! You really know how to work with stressed customers like me. I will be coming back here for future projects.

what a pleasant experience，We learned to self-print and copy documents, learned to change paper and self-pay by credit card, and received receipts in our mailboxes，With the help of the staff, who is handsome by the way.

I was in today and was helped by AlexA and she was so lovely . It was very understaffed, people stood around including the manager while she was swamped with clients, yet she was pleasant , helpful and most most of all patient.

I was offered help right away when looking for scanning services as soon as I walked in. Everybody was masked up and social distancing and my experience was very pleasant. The young lady who offered to help me basically asked what I wanted to do and did almost the entire self service transaction for me. I then asked her if she knew where the Sharpies were and she walked me over to them. I also asked about buying a pack of ink pens that wouldn't smear much because I am left handed. She gave me some advice about her preferences and why and when I got home, I was super happy that I took her advice. I love my new ink pens!

I came in early, to get 32 copies, I was helped by Amber, very knowledgeable, courteous, & friendly in all products. It took 5 min. To get my copies, Iam glad you have UPS, wonderful experience. Do recomemd & will come back, greetings.

I visited this location a couple times yesterday and the staff was very helpful in helping me find the products I needed for my small business. My business and website just went live so I needed shipping supplies and equipment. They helped me download the staples app and even showed me how to use Google Pay at the register because I had left home in such a rush that I forgot my wallet at home. I left the store with all the packing supplies I needed and they set me up with the larger stuff to be shipped to my home overnight. Thanks Leann

Its always a pleasure going and picking up my online orders. I always choose Staples to purchase all my office, home and school supplies for me and my kids, even for personal use like making party invitations, personalized stamps and printing services. Its always a pleasure to interact w/ Staples employees (Gary) and their Managers (Kenny) and having them greet you always w/ a smile on their face, and enjoyable conversations specially very early in the morning when I really would be sleeping rather than working and late evening when all you want is to go home.

I've always received exceptional service at this location. If the item I need is not available in stock they always find it online and price match. It arrives at home in just a couple of days with no additional shipping costs.

Excellent place for school and office supplies!

This by far one of the best experience I've ever had while visit a location to upgrade or get a new cellphone or smartphones. Reps are very knowledgeable in three major cariers AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile. Come on in and experience the patience and info you get from their wireless sales reps I received. They even switch all your contacts from your old phone to your new, set up your email and social networks on your new smartphone awesome!!!!

I didnt know how to use color copiers and to also increase size of photo Staples associate Amber was very helpful in directing me to accomplish the things I needed to get done.thank you Staples.The attached photo is a screenshot of a comment made by a person who obtained one of my benches yesterday afternoon the end result he was happy and partly by Staples and there great copiers and staff.

I knew it was far fetched, but I was looking to buy a plastic card hole puncher, a sturdy, heavy duty, and to my surprise they carried them!

Girl was AWESOME. Laminated my CPR cards no attitude and she was multi tasking with two more people. Went above and beyond MY EXPECTATIONS.

Love this place and girl manager at the copy section was so much help. 😁 I like it better than fed-x because Staples is more helpful.
