Went in asking tons of questions. In the market for a bed and adjustable frame.

Our salesman, Robert, answered all of our questions with a truthful and sincere demeanor. He made the whole process pleasant and simple.

We ultimately chose to go with a medium Hybrid Serta and their premier adjustable frame. We opted for the full setup and delivery option.

Overall, Robert made it happen.

This is the very first time I have ever been excited about buying a mattress. I have always been satisfied with the mattress I have had. It's my husband who needs a new mattress every few years. Right now his back hurts and he feels that's one factor preventing him from getting good sleep. So we looked at a few mattresses and finally I asked (daringly) to see the best mattress they had. It has an adjustable base and it was a dream. It's a huge investment, but we spend so much time working and have very little time to get away even on the weekends, so I thought of the purchase as a well deserved vacation at home. I saw another review about having an outlet near the head of the bed and the base becoming defective right out of warranty. I looked into it, and yes, the warranty has restrictions but it won't be completely out of warranty for several years. I am really excited. I loved our salesperson Jake. He actually tried to tell us we didn't need a new mattress and told us ways to get more out of our existing mattress. For whatever reason, I, usually the cheap, reluctant buyer, thought about how much my husband needs better sleep and decided we did need the best mattress we could buy for the best rest my husband deserves. Loved our buying experience. Hope the adjustable base works well far past its one year full warranty. For now, feeling thankful (for the first time) that we bought something extravagant. I hope we enjoy 5 star hotel night sleep for a very long time.

Jake, at Mattress Firm, was a god-send for my wife and me. We were looking for the right mattress and adjustable base to improve our sleep, as it has been less than stellar these past few years. Jake was able to listen to our gripes and offer solid feedback and eye opening knowledge and (this was the kicker for me) all without being a pushy salesman. It was clear that Jake wasn’t just trying to make a sell but genuinely wanted to hook us up with the best options for our needs. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed to close. He gave us at least two hours of his time as we bounced back and forth from one bed to the next and then back again. We settled on a Tempurpedic combo and could not be happier or more excited about our purchase. We will ABSOLUTELY be visiting Jake and Mattress Firm again for any and all mattress needs. They knew a lot about the body, and made sure my husband and I found a bed that met our specific needs. They carry a range of mattresses and accessories from bargain to luxury yet you feel no pressure to go in a certain direction but they will show you all the options so you can make a solid decision. My fiancè and I came into the store not knowing what we were looking for in a mattress. Jennie was super helpful in helping us figure it out. Without a doubt she was very well educated in every question we had. We left knowing what we want, in a few months when we are going to be moving in together, we will be back to have Jennie’s help in having our first purchase.

I decided to go into mattress firm just to lay in a bed I was considering online the nectar box bed model because I was approved online by them already… after discussing options with Jake I was able to secure a much better mattress w/ a deluxe adjustable base and at an even better rate! Entering the store, we felt no pressure or discomfort. We wandered around until a representative we later found was Travis! Approached. Can’t say
enough about his professionalism, friendly, yet very knowledgeable about the products. We tried several beds, he kindly explained the difference in each one and made suggestions, asking about our preferences. In the end, he found us a deal we just could not refuse. As we await the delivery of our wonderful bed, we are most grateful to Travis, the great, and the wise company that employs him. If I could give 10 stars I would. It was hands down the best shopping experience I ever had. They made sure I left with everything I needed at a price I could afford. I honestly can't thank them enough for the time they took to listen to my wants and concerns. I had many. I will never buy a mattress from anywhere else and send anyone I know looking for one to them. The manager Chris is awesome and is incredibly good at what she does, a true asset.
