Very nice people and they make beautiful, high quality leis that last a long time. Have ordered from them twice already and been happy with both experiences. The flowers don't come off the strand easily compared to other places.

I went to Mahalo Flowers with a last minute request uncertain if my request could be fulfilled. I wanted to order flowers for a funeral mass to be held in two days.

Although busy, Elizabeth was incredibly patient and helpful. She inquired if the delivery (to the valley) could be fulfilled on the date I requested. Elizabeth informed me given the short notice, the order could be fulfilled, but my arrangement choices would be limited. I placed my order for the funeral spray.

Two days later, upon my arrival to the church, I saw the most spectacular arrangements of flowers. It was breathtaking and received so many compliments. Thank you Elizabeth and Mahalo Flowers for exceptional service!

I would give them 8 stars out of 5 if I could. I purchased the standard Bird of Paradise arrangement and I LOVED it, which was gifted to a dear woman for her celebration of life. It was EVERYTHING I hoped it would be. The tuberoses smelled heavenly, the greenery graceful and the Birds of Paradise vibrant. It stood tall and had a wonderful width to it. They delivered it to the chapel service on time and for a very reasonable cost.

I ordered it online but had also called prior to ask questions. They were helpful on the phone, and followed the directions provided.

I'm VERY happy with their website and e-commerce practices. The website is simple to navigate, very transparent in their offerings and pricing, and ordering and checkout was extremely easy. I received emails confirming my order and order specifications and the successful delivery.

There were many beautiful options to decide on, and I think any of the arrangements would have been just as gorgeous.I absolutely recommend them. They bring an authentic feel of Hawaii to LA.

Ordering bouquets online is always tricky and you never know what it'll actually look like when it arrives, but Mahalo Flowers completely exceeded my expectations. Bought several arrangements from here, we go to Hawaiian several time a year and I can say with %100 certainty THE BEST flowers outside of Hawaii. I am so thankful for Mahalo Flowers. My son graduated from UCLA, and the leis from another company that I had used before, fell through at the last moment. There are surprisingly very few places that make Leis in the Westwood, Los Angeles, CA area, or at least that was my experience when I surfed the web and made calls. After ordering online, I called the store and spoke with a CSR, who then spoke to the manager. They were able to accommodate delivery to our hotel (not specific time, but before the grad hour), and the leis arrived fresh, gorgeous, and beautifully packaged. I have no reservation in recommending Mahalo flowers. I would also suggest to them that they add Maile, or ti leaf leis and braids. It would be a wonderful accompaniment to what they already offer. Again, Mahalo to this wonderful business.

I got my husband flowers for his birthday. I got the Aloha arrangement. It"s more beautiful and lush than we could have expected! We also appreciated the handwritten card - it's a nice touch.
