Saw this place on google and final got time to try it and I order the BBQ Pork Bowl combo the pork is taste so yummy and the soup was very good to. I also get the 12% off side opening discount. I will be back for other dishes.

Good but a bit pricey. $15 for a steak plate. Tasty but not enough meat IMO. BTW, there's a Rendevous Cafe sign, but I think that's just the previous store. Look for the Taisho BBQ bowl banner on the bottom. I phoned in my order and they had it ready by the time I got there. I parked on the street but I think they have parking in the back.

New establishment that took over Rendezvous cafe. It is in the middle of soft opening and still using Cafe's decor. Even the receipt says Rendezvous cafe. Food is ok. But I'm sure it will improve over time given that the place is new.

Went during soft opening, 12% off. Food was okay, don't know if I will come back again.
