Very personable staff & fun classes. The prices are so much more reasonable than their competition. I just renewed for $35/month. The childcare and free towels are great bonuses.

This place is awesome. Great classes & instructors {Spin, Kick boxing, booty bar, boot camp}
Never too crowded and top equipment. Location is easy in/out. I have been member for 3+ years and think it is the best value in my budget.

The staff here is so much nicer than the people at the gig harbor ymca. Really pleasant people. The equipment may not be the newest but my experience at the gig harbor ymca was so terrible that the staff here more than makes up for any machine the facility is lacking.

When I signed up, I got a 2-year contract. After 6 months they raised the monthly dues to $112. When I asked why, they pointed out a paragraph in the contract which let them raise the dues at any time.

Facilities are dirty. Machines often break down and stay that way for months.

Staff is ignorant and lazy.

Stay away.

Have tried for weeks to get a hold of them regarding their continuation of debiting our accounts even though it's closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Bad business! They just lost 3 members and 1 of them was a member there for 8 years! Responses, via Messenger, have been rude, combative and unprofessional. Bummed!

Trying to get ahold of these people is impossible!!! I've been trying to call them about my membership throughout the whole pandemic, and emailing. I should have just gone to Planet Fitness. I don't know what to do anymore
