I was able to look online and get an idea of pricing and specials. So when I went in to the office I was pleased to get the exact same pricing from online. I was happy to get the 2 months half off deal. The lock that is required for the storage unit is a bit $$ and was able to find it online for much less. Regardless I am happy with the service I was provided with and value the clean, well lit hallways. Most of the units are inside making it a safer place to store your items. Security codes ,cameras make me feel as if my items are secure.

I recently relocated from North Carolina out to the Tacoma area and I needed to store the entire contents of my house while I house hunted. I had reserved a large storage unit with a very recognizable national brand but when I arrived they changed their minds about leaving a UPack trailer over night at their facility and left me high and dry. We had the upack a day out so we quickly started calling around to area self-storage facilities and most either did not want to accommodate a temporary trailer pod or didn't have the space. Fortunately I called West Coast Storage and they had availability and were able to accommodate an overnight for a trailer. Brendon and Chris went above and beyond to find me storage unit that fit my needs with good access and then really helped to make sure the parking space was available for the trailer in front of the storage unit. Really really great experience, they totally saved me a-lot of headaches. The facility is very nice, well maintained, clean, and safe and in a really convenient location. Highly Recommend!

Chris was very helpful and professional. I felt bad because he had the Sun hitting him (and customers) directly in the face in the afternoon! The company should invest in a sunshade on the large office west facing windows.

Got someone a storage unit today in a stressful situation and Jake the office guy was super calm and helpful. Really kind, patient, and understanding. The whole process was quick and easy and the unit and building were very clean. This place might be a little spendy but I'd say it's worth it. Top notch service, Jake! After having called several other storage facilities in the University Place area, I came across West Coast. I immediately knew that this was the one for me. SHYLER answered my few questions in the friendliest of manner and I did not hesitate to let her know that I was on my way to see her regarding renting a storage space. It wasn't so much the price for me - although it was reasonably good, but her friendliness and willingness to be a genuine help won me over. I plan on being a customer for a while and having positive people to interact with is a must. Especially in today's world, a friendly smile and a willingness just to be nice is oh so welcomed! Looking forward to coming here regularly.

Candis at Fircrest and Mullen St. UHaul was just so outstanding! Excellent customer service! She went beyond the call of duty and assisted us with getting a rental truck at the last moment. She was professional, kind, caring, and smiled!! You have a great employee in Candis!!

Came in and was interested in renting a storage locker - Shyler was so kind and patient when I flooded her with questions and concerns. She was professional and informative. Definitely feel like this is a storage facility I will happily recommend to my family!

All of my questions were addressed, its well priced for being a new unit and Shyler was extremely helpful and courteous. The storage units look great and ceilings are 10ft tall which is a big plus for me. The only down side I noticed is there are very few drive up units and most if not all are already being rented. It is priced the same as orchard street self storage but this place is newer and has elevators, where Orchard Street only has stairs to get to upper levels.
