This was the easiest car buying/leasing experience I ever had. Ruben was amazing and made sure I walked out of there getting the deal I came in looking for. He was straight to the point! I came in gave him my target number and he met it with barely any concession. I highly recommend this dealership and if you can ask for Ruben!!

I love the Service from the Culver City Honda with the oil service package. However, I WISH I CAN HEAR/UNDERSTAND WHAT THE SERVICE PROFESSIONAL IS RECOMMENDING FROM THE VIDEO they provide. I CANNOT or EVER HEAR what they are saying.

The person speaking has very low spoken voice away from the recording device and the service area, they are recording is very loud. I almost find it useless although the service professional carefully prepared it for my benefit as a courtesy.

Mimi and the tire specialist were great and helpful. I called and they took me in same day. Price was fair and reasonable.

This is a review about the sales side of the company.

I've been looking for a new Honda since I moved to Los Angeles in June (I had been using public transit all summer). I reached out via e-mail and was invited in by Justin. When I arrived, Giovanny took me on a tour of the available makes and models. I had my eye on a Honda Fit EX, and Gio was helpful and answered all of my questions, and was happy to text me when I had further questions.

I went in yesterday after work, and Gio had gone home for the day but left me in the capable hands of his twin brother George, who was also super helpful and guided me through start to finish until I signed on the dotted line with Finance Manager Val.

The overall experience, although it took about three hours, was very warm and inviting. I didn't feel pressured and was treated like a valued customer, which made me come back last night to finalize my purchase.

Some other perks:
Complementary wifi.
Free Coffee (Starbucks coffee machine in the waiting area wasn't half bad!)
Couches in waiting area were comfy (even if they were worn).

I will happily travel to Culver City from K-Town for future maintenance needs, as I had a much better experience than at HoH. Maybe bring a book.

I experienced great service and wide open transparency throughout the buying process. Highly recommend Ash as the sales rep to go to. He let me thoroughly test the car until I was satisfied. Haven't put any real miles on the "new" accord yet but was assured (through service documentation completed at that store) that proper inspections and maintenance items were completed for my peace of mind.

I was test driving the car I was searching for 5 minutes after I arrived, which was great. Once things got to purchasing the vehicle, they were willing to price match any other dealerships quote that I had visited before. Compared to other dealerships, this one was straight forward with me, I was unable to get a clear negotiation with other dealerships that this dealership became my top pick. They would tell me my out the door price over the phone, and no other dealerships had the courage to this. This alone made it clear on what financial decisions that I needed to make which made it easier for me to say yes or no. I got my car, and I am so happy for my purchase after driving it for two days. I'm jumping for joy. The car had added features, from compliment of the dealership that I wasn't expecting, so I give them extra stars, for going above what was expected. The salesman and finance guys went above their job duties to treat me well, A plus on their team work.

He gave personalised service starting from Test Drive all the way up to handing over the keys of my New CRV. The Finance lady "Dominique " was also very comfortable to deal with.
They quoted me the lowest price compared to 2 other Honda dealers which made it worth to drive 1 hr from Cerritos. Ash told me they are part of a big company which owns more than 80 dealerships across the country, that's why they have better leverage on the prices.Anyway,
If you are in the market for a new Honda definitely give them a try...ask for "Ash"😊

Some of the guys in the service department here were the best! I usually hate going to services because the guys make me feel dumb but here I felt welcome and the service was immaculate. They were willing to help me a lot. Emmanuel finished the service on my car fast too so thank you. I will definitely start coming here instead for my future car needs.
