Love this place more so for wine & food pairings.
The spritz was meh but everything else was 5/5. Really enjoyed their Californian wine selection from Mendocino down to paso robles, they feature scribe wines and plenty of international options like an Italian Lambrusco.
My favorite part is how laid back the seating is (free seating) and very dog friendly small patio that our dog was nice and cozy at while we sipped and ate.
Partial rating of the 5/5 is for the store portion too ! They have a collection of hard to find liquors like suze , and luxurious collection of dark chocolates ! Lovely hidden gem in Culver City !

Wednesday is a great night to visit Stanley’s Wet Goods in Culver City if you enjoy wine tasting flights at local wine bars.

SERVICE:
Amy did an amazing job with our group of 9 and I hope that she’s our server every time we return. She did an amazing job at checking in on everyone at multiple points, making sure we always had enough drinks by checking in as we were getting low, refilling water, and everything we ordered came out correctly and deliciously.
ATMOSPHERE:
I love that they have a wine bar on one side and a wine shop on the other. The vibe is upscale casual, with seating on a first-come, first-serve basis. They have an outdoor area with regular tables and the indoor section has both a bar and two large communal tables. I absolutely love the vibe and have for the past few years.

WINE:
They have a great wine selection with a wide array of options. We did the Wednesday Night Special flight for $21 (my favorite number) which included 3 tastings of drastically different Pinot Noirs from around the world that all come out at once so you can do a true side-by-side comparison.

FOOD:
They have a menu with curated items that are meant to be shared, and the top three I recommend are the meatballs ($18), baby beets ($16), and smashed potatoes ($14). As a goat cheese connoisseur, I recommend everyone get the sweet Baby Beets, with marinated red baby beets, aged Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar, whipped honey goat cheese + mascarpone, candied pecans, and micro arugula greens. The smashed potatoes had a good kick from the capers, and they pair with their house-made beef and ricotta meatballs.

One of the best wine bars in the Westside. Great selection of wines, friendly and helpful staff too, they take their time to explain the wines and offer suggestions. Will definitely be coming back.

A wine bar inside a beautiful wine store...no whining here! Good wine pours! Good wine list with single glass or flight tasting options. Good prices with daily happy hour flight specials. Limited food options - olives, almonds, or corn nuts. Decent amount of seats - 5 at the bar and 2 communal tables. Good service with a friendly and knowledgeable staff! Very clean!

Didn't have a chance to explore the wines for sale by the bottle but will do next time I visit!

Street parking is limited but there is a parking structure located on one of the side cross streets.

Overall a GREAT experience!

Had brunch here and the food is amazing. It's obvious they use quality products with fresh ingredients procured locally. The chef is talented in making the food pop with the right amount of seasoning, flavors, and presentation. For me, it was one of the best egg toast and burrata cheese w/blood orange salad I've eaten so far. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about beverage pairings. The shop itself has a lot of global regional spirits and food sundries that are unique. Many items are reasonably priced. Lastly, it's a very nice space, with lots of light, open seating (inside and out), and charm.

Will definitely be back!

I love this place. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and they have a fantastic selection of wine, beer, and liquor. They do tend to be on the pricy side but not unreasonably so and I find it worth it for their expertise. If you have the time Mondays are great because you can buy a bottle and have them open it at the bar with no corkage fee (which is $20) The only thing I don't like is that they seem to have stopped doing oysters on the first Saturday of the month.

Great selections of wines, beers, and spirits~ They have a bar section that has wine and beer on tap, too. Very relaxing atmosphere, no food besides olives and nuts.

This is one of my favorite spots in all of LA! Great wine, food, atmosphere. I love the people there too always very nice, helpful and attentive. I often buy my clients closing gifts here and get them wrapped in great gift boxes. Fun events like tastings, and a communal seating arrangement also mean I often leave with new friends. I've been going here since the week they opened and like it more each time :)

I went here for a drink with a few friends after work. Our waiter was attentive and friendly! There is a section to shop for wine and beer as well as a bar and a few tables. They have a nice atmosphere, great wine selection and very reasonable prices. The best part is that they are local right in Culver City on Venice Blvd! I had eaten before I got there so I went with dessert to go with white wine. I chose a delicious warm brownie a la mode with vanilla bean ice cream! So good and great with the wine too! One of my friends chose the Ewephoria with a red wine while another also had the brownie a la mode dessert with Prosecco. We will definitely be going back again soon!

Friendly neighborhood gem with great customer service and chill vibe. Loved the live music Sunday night with Gouda cheese and a glass of Pinot Noir.

The best spot to purchase wine! They have numerous things, kind staff, and reasonable. I went there at their shop on Saturday, and I was happy that they were extremely engaging and pleasant. Additionally, I cherished the flavor of the wine. It was better and great. The spot was additionally extraordinary. I wanted to remain there when I was feeling forlorn. Much obliged for causing me to understand that you were awesome to purchase wine!

Every neighborhood should have a place like Stanley's- a chill place to shop for and enjoy some good wine! It's one of my favorite places to meet friends because it's not too loud so you can actually have a conversation.

There's different events almost every night like no corkage on Monday and all day happy hour on Tuesday. The other days vary, but there's tastings, wine flights, food trucks and live music. Happy hour weekdays from 5-7pm.

They curate an interesting selection of wines, beers and spirits from all over the world and they have some that are already chilled in their big refrigerators. The staff have been friendly and knowledgeable every time I have been in there. Tonight the owner John was even there pouring the wines for the flight!

It could get busy in the bar area so if you are going to take a big group of friends there I would recommend calling them and making a reservation. Some light snacks are available, but for an actual meal you should just go to any of the many restaurants in the area.

This place is awesome. It has a great selection of wines from all regions and at all price points. I love the small production wines they carry. Grab them while you can because they may be hard to replace. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and service driven. Such a wonderful change to most other places.

Stanley's is my absolute favorite wine shop in all of Los Angeles. The staff is very knowledgeable about everything they have in the shop and I've never walked out with something I didn't love.
Plus, their monthly wine club beats out all others I've been a part of, choosing to focus their monthly selection on countries and regions so you're constantly being exposed to new wine.

Solid wine shop that pours, with a well curated variety of international picks, but not an overwhelming selection. From German whites to Spanish reds you'll find all the classics, and a lot of things you might not expect. Excellent beer cooler as well, and the spirits selection, while limited, is lovely. Prices are spot on. Oh, and there's a bar. Not a tasting counter. A bar bar, with by the glass and fun specials.

Such an awesome selection of wine and beer plus the cutest little bar inside where you can order tasting flights, full glasses, and snacks like charcuterie and cheese. The staff is always super helpful with picking out varietals and giving you their recommendations. And if you're looking for some affordable wine to bring home, don't let the appearance of the place fool you - their staff members have introduced me to lots of bottles under $20 that taste incredible!
