I have had many storage units in the past I've never had the good service like I have had with the lady behind the desk with safe storage safe storage is number one in my books

Nice people. Easy to work with. After 4 years. I have not had one problem. My stuff is safe. No moisture. Staff is great. Anyone that leaves a negative review more than likely isn't paying their bill and can't admit that. As long as you pay. There is no problems.

I feel in love with 3 of the most amazing, caring, understanding ladies in my life... Christina I appreciate 🙏 you more then you will ever know.... Lisa and Tracey you both have been so amazing to my children and I, I appreciate you both. I want to thank the 3 of you for everything I'm so thankful and grateful for you ladies! Love you all and Thank You. I wish I could show you 3 how wonderful you are. Thank you Mistie 😉 I love and appreciate you too. I definitely would recommend everyone to go through your storage!

Booking my storage unit on their website was cool, I even received a discount (1st Month 50% off)! Then a quick visit into the Lakewood location to square up worked out easy-peasy. I like that the Office Manager remembered me from being a customer 14 years ago.

Once I got my moving crew together and a truck reserved--getting into my unit was no problem. I'm happy that the unit was clean & perfect size for my belongings!!!

Had storage here for about a year, the entire staff was very nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I needed storage in Lakewood.

I have never bothered to post a review before, but my experience at Safe Store Self Storage warranted a review! The Manager, Lisa was nothing but kind, helpful, and honest- qualities that you truly look for in an establishment when housing your belongings. Lisa worked with me in deciding the right size unit I would need and was honest about having to inspect a possible water leak in the unit I was most interested in. When my 11 month old stared to whine and become antsy, Lisa redirected her focus to these amazing rocks she paints and even gave my child 5 of them to keep! I have never witness such an awesome business owner and person in general and will gladly do business with Lisa at Safe Store Self Storage. I genuinely recommend using this establishment!

Amazing place, always works with me on my payments if I'm ever in need of help with in reason/reasonable help on my bill due to any financial situations I may run into from time to time. I've been here more or less six months with nothing but great amazing service and customer service is on point !! Employees are ALWAYS there with a LEGIT & GENUINE Smile on every one of there faces every time I'm there. Not one negative thing I can honestly say about the place . 5/5 stars ! This is not a fake review if any one reading this may think it is just message me! This place rocks (: thank you !

Got a Uhaul from here. Facility looked really clean and organized. Eric at the front desk was really extremely nice and friendly. Gave great customer service.

Had a great experience at this location storing Salon furniture for 3 years. Zero complaints and the office manager (Scott) went above and beyond for all our needs. I would go out of my way to use this location even if it wasn't the closest.

I'm quite pleased with the service and the prices are alot more reasonable than the other storages I have used. In fact I moved from my last storage unit to the one I'm in now due to the high cost.

I been using them for 6yrs and amazing people especially Lisa, always so kind and willing to work with you. Thanks safe store self storage for your kindness and help.

Excellent customer service, they helped helped me find the right unit for my needs. One of the managers paint rocks and she gave me one for the open door no for the Secret Door pretty darn cool place
