El Mercado Latino

Me and my family enjoyed shoping at this grocery store. We liked the variety and the service was friendly and helpful. They have 5 kinds of bananas and at least 3 makes of Coke some sweetened with high fructose cornsyrup, sugar and my favorite in bottles with cane sugar

They always have what I need, it’s so hard to find culantro (not to be mistaken for cilantro) anywhere and I need it for Dominican Sancocho. Love this mercado so much. We live in Tumwater so we make the drive there to get everything I need for delicious stews.

Great store, atmosphere feels like I'm back in South Texas! Came twice in the same day and brought my family with me the second time. They loved it too. Also found Inca Kola here; haven't been able to find this outside Peru!

Great quality meat with a generous selection. Fresh and delicious bakery options. Produce is well organized and a very good value. From fresh homemade salsas to chicharonnes. El Mercado Latino has a tremendous variety of products , good prices and very friendly staff that are eager to help.

Great Mexican market. Hard to find dried peppers and other seasonings. Folks are always friendly and helpful. Great prices.

Love the variety. Although I do wish they had more Badia and less Goya. Good prices, and products you won't be able to find at your local Safeway.

Only place in town that regularly stocks empanada discs consistently. Patient staff and also right next to some bomb tacos. It's win/win.
Also, give the butcher a shot.

Love this place! They always have everything I need for family recipes when the Big Chain stores do not. Plus the staffs kindness and knowledge are incomparable. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This store has grown over the past 5 years, if you want good chicharones get em' fresh and hot.
Sometimes produce is out of stock for certain ingredients, seasonal and regional reasoning... But when its in they got a good choice of selection.
They've expanded the pastry area, floor space, and deli.

Great place to get island food Items. They even sell roasted breadfruit!!

Small busy shop with a lot choices . They have a pretty good deal on Plantain . Their vegetables were more expensive than other places. They have the best goat meat meat ! That’s why I always go there .

Took a friend in. Walked the aisles: clean & well stocked. She was pleasantly surprised at their meat dept., the desserts in the bakery. Checked the frozen foods and produce- not bad, at all. Found some Florida Avocados - they're So Big, it's about 5 Haas avocados. Depending on age growth-meaning they were baby ones. They get as big as my head!!, or bigger even. Those were picked young.
And all the little do-dads at/behind/nd in the case, at the register.

The store is well equipped but it does need some cleaning and employees need to be more customer service oriented and friendly.

My go to grocery store for 6 weeks while staying in the nearby Candlewood Suites.

The meat is fresh and nicely done. They also have a bakery on site with some of the best pan dulce I have had in a good bit.

They have a nice selection of what you may need. It is not a long list of the same thing, for example, they will not have 46 different kinds of coffee, but they will have 2 or 3. It is like that for everything.

Produce can be a little bit of a gamble. I had better luck finding fruit than veggies.

Wow this place is amazing. The meat section is amazing. Definitely my go to latin market.

The best FRESH Spanish produce and meats and other Latino things you can't find else where especially the cooked pork on the weekends. Ahhh can't wait oh and don't forget the worker who wait on you full of love. Yes it's all there. Once you go you are hooked.

Thankful they have a ton of Goya Products, the also carry fresh Recao half of the time. They have fresh chicharones plain and con carne on the weekends only. They have good meat, what every you want. Prices are great!
