We truly enjoyed working with Colleen and the D² Home Group team. Colleen is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We first reached out to her a couple of years before we were ready to sell our home. She patiently waited for us. When the time came she and her team seamless had our home staged and put on the market. It was a wonderful experience.
When we decided to purchase a fixer upper this past winter, she was our go to. She helped us through some back and forth price negotiations, even while on vacation. Once under contact, she was available to let us and various contractors in to get bids while waiting to close.

I can’t say enough about the Dutmers team during my experience while selling my house. I first met with Colleen and Will in 2018 when I was looking for a realtor to not only sell my house but to also give me direction on how to best prepare my house for market. I interviewed several realtors and none of them compared to the first impression I got from the Dutmers team. Once I decided to go with Colleen and Will as my Realtors, both of them were persistent (but not overwhelming or bothersome) as they kept in touch, gave me advice and ensured that I didn’t need help with anything.
