Working with Shelley was nothing short of amazing! She was absolutely the biggest part of why we were able to find our perfect house, even in the crazy market right now. Shelley always goes above and beyond for her clients. This was the third house we have worked with her on and the only thing I am sad about is that she wont be able to help us buy our next home due to relocation. She made sure our property was taken care of after we relocated and it was empty, she made regular check-ins even when the market was slow. She made us feel like we were her only clients and we never once had to reach out to her for updates. Shelley is always honest, doesn't beat around the bush and absolutely knows what she is doing. Shelley Hansen has been our agent through the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new, forever home. A close friend recommended her years ago and she has been there for us since. We are a military family and recently moved from Hawaii to Washington with plans to retire. We hoped to find a place with some property outside of town to settle into. The market was super high and we were a little intimidated to jump into it. Shelley immediately started looking for homes that fit our description. In only a couple of weeks, she found us a beautiful home in the perfect area that fit every one of our wants. We immediately placed an offer and Shelley began communicating with the seller’s agent. Shelley is incredibly easy to talk to and has an inviting personality. The sellers had two sheep, two goats and eight chickens. We learned the sellers were moving back to Michigan and didn’t plan on taking their animals. Shelley knew we planned on getting animals when we moved in. She surprised us by purchasing the animals for us as a housewarming gift? Who does that?... Shelley did that! She is such a kind, thoughtful person. We love our animals. They got to stay in their home and we were lucky to have a ready made hobby farm starting from day one. We are lucky to have Shelley working with us. She is hard working and tenacious in today’s market. I talk to so many friends who make offers on multiple homes only to have them rejected. This was our first offer on a home. It was a reasonably priced “trophy home” with multiple offers placed, and our offer was the one chosen. Shelley was hands down the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. She guided me without being pushy, she was full of helpful knowledge and had connections that made getting our house ready to sell beyond easy. She went above and beyond every expectation I had of her, her communication skills were excellent, and even when times got stressful she kept me calm and confident. AND her negotiation skills got me above what I ever dreamed of getting for my house! It’s not fair to call her my realtor, I consider her a friend now.

Shelley is an awesome realtor! She went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. We were first time homebuyers who were in different locations from each other and our house. In addition, we had a couple items on our list that we couldn’t budge on. She found us multiple listings and worked long hours to help us navigate our way through the listings and making offers.
