Love this hair salon! Therese does an amazing job of color and short hair. It is hard to find hairdressers who are able to cut short hair well for women. In fact I don’t typically just walk into a salon with a referral from another person with short hair. So when you find a good one you have to hang onto them! My husband loves her a well. And of course she can do long hair as well.

Richelle is an expert in what she does. If you’re seeking a completely new look or makeover, or any color service go to 505 Salon and see Richelle without a second thought. The salon has such an amazing vibe and atmosphere. Richelle’s attention to detail and skills with color and maintaining the health of my hair is amazing. The lavish hair salon is also very neat and clean. I've already gotten so many compliments and I can't wait to go back! Thank you Richelle!

My whole family goes to 505 Salon! Therese and the team are over the top professional and talented. Therese has spent the last year doing color and cut corrections from a previous salon and has made my hair wedding day perfect. I couldn’t recommend her and the team enough. Not to mention they use the best products and get me in and out of the chair in no time. I fly from SF just to have my hair flawlessly styled. 505 is the place!

Love this salon! Therese has been doing my hair for 5+ years and I'm always happy with the results. Calling to make an appointment is easy and the staff is super friendly. I love that everyone in this salon works as a team and if you can't get in with your regular stylist everyone else that works here is good. It's conveniently located on Pier Ave in Hermosa and the salon is clean with great energy!! A must try!!!

505 Salon is a large, light and bright salon that does hair fantastic cuts, color and extensions. Also makeup and brows. Talk about full service! Therese and Blair are fantastic and you never have to wait. Easy parking too. I highly recommend! I have been going to them for 5 years and they never disappoint!

I love Salon 505. been going there for years.Therese and Blair are fabulous, talented and easy to work with. It is the best Salon in Hermosa.There has never been a problem and if someone had one, I find that hard to believe.

Did NOT do my nails correctly, as directed. Still trying to get them back right after 2 weeks. Would not go there again.

There are lots of great upscale salons in this area where the services are so much nicer than this pretentious place. I was a one time customer and from how I was treated by the business owner, I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I left a negative review of my experience on Yelp. First they said they said they were going to give me a refund. But then when I asked for it, they got defensive and accused me for lying, that I made stuff up.

They don’t sanitize the hair brushes after every customer’s haircut. I saw them just cleaning the hair on it after a customer and then reusing on the next customer.
