I called to get proof of insurance cards. They had them ready by the time I got to their business. They also have help me get in touch with people in the claims department after an auto accident. I work, and my time is limited. So they acted as a liason for me. Wonderful people, easy to get ahold of, and you ask for help, and they get it done immediately! I have even had Sharee email me back on the weekend. I was expecting a response on Monday. She takes good care of her customers.

Sharee Redfield's agency has been a great investment for my family. We were with Sharee for about 18 years for auto and home. I don't recall ever having an auto claim during that time but we did have a homeowner claim from a storm and we were taken care of personably, quickly and efficiently.
When we sold our car and moved across the country, Melissa at Sharee's office pointed out we would likely want to retain minimal insurance on the auto we just sold until we get another to avoid showing a lapse in coverage. I hadn't thought of that, so was thankful for Melissa pointing it out. Minimal coverage for a few months until we bought another vehicle didn't cost much either, so it was a win/win.

Every time I call or email a response is prompt. Everyone I have spoke with is kind and helpful.
