The Family Plumber

I called The Family Plumber for a toilet fill valve replacement, or so I thought. Because my toilet was the original from 1959, it needed to be replaced. Fortunately, Nick was awesome in explaining everything that needed to be and should be done, to ensure that I would be without future problems. This job was basically an all day project since the flange also needed to be replaced. I was so happy that Nick was able to do the complete job on the day that he came out! Not only was he courteous, but he was pleasant during the whole process, including several trips back & forth to the shop which some workers would be irritated with. I will be using The Family Plumber again for my plumbing needs and I will not hesitate to ask for Nick.

Discovered the lined pipes of 5 years prior were still allowing root intrusion at the joints near the front clean out; found this out when the shower backed up & drained very slowly.

Have always had a good experience w/ Family Plumber as did other family members.

Andrew & Charlie came out. They were polite, respectful & did the work quickly yet efficiently,. They replaced the old joints w/ heavier duty 4 bolt husky bands. This involved a lot of digging but they left the area looking as if nothing happened.

They also installed a much needed hot water heater & showed me the ins-&-outs of it.

What I like best about Family Plumber is the old school work ethic - they seem to really care about doing a good, honest job.

We have had the orig owner of FP out, and this sense of treating clients fairly extends down to even the youngest employees.
My sense is they take care to hire quality people w/ like-minded work ethics.

Josh is a fabulous plumber! He is a competent professional and very pleasant. I completely trust his recommendations. I'm so glad that Family Plumber has Josh as one of their technicians! When I need plumbing work, I don't hesitate to call for Josh at Family Plumber.

This was the 2nd time we used this service. The prior problem was with main line, this time a kitchen sink problem. Both times service was provided promptly and problems were solved without any salesmanship for additional service. The technician on this occasion was Nicholas who comported himself in a most courteous and professional manner completing the work at initial quoted estimate. I don't do reviews unless warranted.

Carlos, from The Family Plummer arrived today to assess a plumbing problem. He was extremely professional and referred me for the appropriate next steps. Carlos also took care of clogged sink. I would highly recommend The Family Plummer, especially Carlos an ethical, honest young man 😊

I called with a main drain problem and Jen was able to get Carlos to come out that afternoon. I was very impressed with his personable, courteous, and tidy workmanship.

Service was great. Work is guaranteed. Andrew was competent and good natured.

What an amazing company! The owner came out for the estimate and gave sage information on our unique slab leak issue. His honest assessment of what we needed for our condo/townhouse and recommending a company strengthens my faith in humanity!

The Family Plumber was Great!!! Josh, Robbie and Stephen, really did a great job! They repaired some piping, replaced my water heater, installed a toilet, and installed washer and refrigerator hook ups for me. I called three different plumbers and this company sent Josh to give me a bid. He was the only one that took his time to provide me with a thorough and competitive bid. Once the work started, they were all friendly, had positive 'can do' attitudes, and were contentious to clean up after themselves. It was clear that they take a lot of pride in their work and keep the best interest of the customer in mind. I would highly recommend this company to anybody needing plumbing repairs. They really do stand out compared to their competitors.

I just had Josh and Stuart from The Family Plumber come out to install a gas line going to my fireplace, so I won’t have to burn wood anymore. They were on time, very professional and fun to work with. They made sure everything was done to code and explained things to me. Mike and Vicky, you have two wonderful employees

The family plumber went above and beyond of what we expected. They were on time, affordable and professional. Not only that, when we called, they squeezed us in their schedule even though they were already booked up. They really cared about our situation. I highly recommend them!

Our water-heater sat in the center of our home. We always wanted to have it moved, but never found a plumbing company we could put our faith in until we found The Family Plumber. I wish to praise the entire company for their professionalism and friendliness, especially Steven, Wayne, and Mike3, (their are, I am told, four Mikes!), who took the time to keep us informed and explained the process of the move. Best plumber around! They replaced our garbage disposal, ordered and installed a new toilet, fixed a clogged sink drain, installed two new sinks, and fixed the sink pipes! Super happy with our experience and how professional they are. The family plumber feels like family :)

These folks are the best! Here is my experience….I have hired many different companies to perform work at our home. I usually find it a stressful experience. I had an emergency plumbing situation and had no choice but to have the main water supply turned off. I asked a neighbor for a recommendation and The Family Plumber came highly recommended on Nextdoor and Yelp. I was not in a situation to shop around so I made the call. I spoke with Vicky to explain my situation and Mike, the President/Found came to assess the situation in under 90 minutes. Mike explained my options and provided options based on price and what made sense. I quickly felt he was not there to take advantage of my dilemma. He provided a quote promptly as promised the next morning and had folks on site the next day so we could have water.

Steven and Brendan spent two long days carefully tearing up my lawn and running copper piping. They could tell I love my plants and took extra care while displacing them. They left me with a clean worksite each day and when they were done they put my grass back and even helped me relocate one of my large palms to a better location. They were always smiling and didn’t mind me checking on the progress often. They even created two shut off points in case I have a future need to work on my sprinkler system.

I figured while this was going on I would have the water heater replaced. Anthony did a great job at replacing my heater, added new piping and was able to think out of the box for me. I wanted to move the flame exhaust vent so it would not be in the way of new gutters. He verified the various options in his code book and came up with a perfect solution. Even the gutter folks commented on how secure the bracketing work was done. Anthony noticed I was hoping for a higher water shut off out front so I would not have to bend down too far. He said no problem and promptly welded the copper piping to a higher level for me. The next day I asked about some leaking water at my sprinkler controller. He came by after work to take a look and said the unit was older and the bladder needed some purging. He did a temporary fix for me and ended up coming back a few days later and installed brand new controllers. This time they look much more professional than the last time I had the work done.

I am so happy I found a professional and courteous team for future plumbing needs. They came fully prepared with professional trucks that are easily identifiable and were loaded with all sorts of supplies. The employees are courteous and thoughtful. They treated me and my property with respect. They gave me a time they would arrive and they were there on time. They were not rushing the job near the end of the day. It was crazy hot out and they still had a smile all day long. They must really love what they do. They put in the time and effort to perform outstanding work. I will use them anytime I need plumbing work in the future and highly recommend them based on the quality of work and the level of professionalism. Thank you for doing everything so perfectly!

Professional, friendly, communicative, competent, on time, reliable. I trust them. If I have a plumbing problem they are the people I call. I have never been disappointed. They always come through and do great work.
