Sharing some well-deserved feedback about Philip and his team. We have a 1.5 year old home with a Noritz system that we just didn't feel like we were getting the full benefit of. We had our post move-in general contractor do some work on it; while they did their best, I really wished I had called Philip and his team first. Simply by sending him photos (which he marked up and sent back to me), Philip was able to do initial diagnosis and provide me with an interim solution to get hot water flowing again. He was very patient and took his time explaining what he was seeing and recommending. I only wish that all of my home vendor interactions were as smooth, professional and quick to deliver value! Needless to say, Tankless Solutions is our permanent go-to for Noritz repairs and maintenance!

I take care of properties for a long time customer who purchased a facility with a bank of 4 Noritz commercial units that had not been maintained for their 5 years of operation. Phil was the second plumber I called and the phone call made me very comfortable that I had the right person to take good care of a special customer of mine. He sent out another Phil, and after a fairly long look with patient, thorough answers (I want the knowledge so that we can make informed decisions), we agreed to a way to proceed without any further estimates. My customer is a good businessman and he was comfortable making that choice because of the level of knowledge and the work ethic we sensed

We needed our tankless water heater fixed or replaced and I was referred to Phillip. He was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He did an extensive review of our plumbing needs/issues with no charge. I felt I could trust him so I went with my gut. His company did an amazing job. All is working just the way we wanted it to. He delivered what was promised and there were no hidden fees. I would highly recommend.

Besides the excellent job Tankeless Solutions did at our house with a water heater installation, I wanted to single out the two Phils -- Phil the owner, and Phil Hood, his chief mechanic --for a side effort they also performed. The diligence and problem-solving abilities they employed in figuring out how to repair my high-end (but discontinued ... so parts were nearly impossible to trace) master bath shower unit showed they pride themselves in going above and beyond -- And all without having to do a costly replacement of the entire system! Thanks guys. You were really great in all respects! We recommend you without reservation.

I highly recommend Phil’s Tankless Solution with taking care of your tankless needs because I want to share my experience and don’t want anyone else running into the same problems I did with using a regular plumber company.

So here is the short story, last Sunday I notice a small leak with my tankless system. I did what most consumers would have done and that is look on Yelp for a recommend company to handle the problem. I found one on Yelp and called the reputable plumbing company to make an appointment. They came Monday and said it would cause $225 to take it apart to diagnose and another $225 to reinstall which I said ok. They contacted Takagi to get a replacement part which was fine and dandy. On Wednesday Takagi send the replacement part but it was wrong model. The plumber ended up calling back to Takagi about the wrong part shipped and was able to get a replacement next day. So now its Thursday and we had the right part. I called the plumber guy to come back on Friday to reinstall the system. They started working around 12:30pm and by 4:30 they told me they are unable to get it started up. However they were kind enough to admit and apologize about the failed reinstall. They ended providing me with Phil’s number and I called Phil right after the 3 plumbers left to schedule an appointment. The plumbing company also told me they would refund me all the money for the initial repair which was the least they could do.

Keep in mind my family was going on day 5 with no hot water in the house. My wife had to boil hot water in order for us and our two kids 2/4 to take a bath.

So now it’s finally Saturday, Tankless Solution technician Robert arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. Robert was also very professional and knowledgeable about tankless system. The $238 Tankless Solution charge was in no doubt money well spent as Robert was able to fix the issue in a timely manner and got my house with running hot work again.

The moral to this story is, I should have used a specialize tankless repair company instead of a pluming company to fix the tankless system. It’s just like if you own an electric car and had problem, you won’t take it to a regular repair shop to fix would you. Phil’s company “Tankless Solution” is the way to go!

Our tankless water heater was not heating the water. Of course, based on prior experience with our plumbing company, I ordered a new flow sensor. The one in there wasn’t even a year old, yet we thought it could be defected and wanted to be prepared for the eventual replacement. I then Googled ‘tankless’ & found Tankless Solutions, Inc. Phillip contacted me on Monday and Robert came out on Tuesday, 3/16. It was my birthday and it was a great present. Robert opened the Navien, saw a disconnected circuit, checked the flow sensor.... it’s perfect...., cleaned around the interior, checked all the sensors and made adjustments where needed. He even found a big, greasy goop in one of the pipes. How long has that been there?
Robert then descaled the system. He also checked our water. Yes, it is very hard here in Anaheim. But no room for a water softener in our small closet. Robert did an outstanding, excellent, thorough job. We have had hot water for two weeks solid. The flow is great and I feel like we have a brand new tankless water heater. Unfortunately, Robert was scheduled to move out of O.C. His last day was 3/17. But don’t let that deter you. The cost was $250. Nothing more. If it saves me from spending $175/visit, at least 3 times a year,,, Tankless Solutions was worth it 100%. They are my new Go-To should there be any future problems with my Navien. 🤞🤞🤞that won’t be for a long, long time.

Woke up to no hot water and was lucky enough to find Phil's Tankless Solutions. He was able to diagnose my issue over the phone and walk me through the repair process. He could have sold me at least a service call, but he doesn't seem to be that kind of guy. Just wants to help...very refreshing. Phil is now my go to guy for any future needs I may have.

My tankless water heater was toast, at 11 P.M. one night. It was 11 years old., & husband out of town, ugh!
I stayed up past 2 A.M., searching for someone to check it out. I had one company come first ting in the morning, & declared it dead, & quoted me a ridiculous price to replace. I told them I’d have to think about it.
I searched on line some more & found Tankless Solutions by Phil’s Plumbing.
Phil explained what my options were, & quoted me a very fair price, if indeed my unit was dead.
They came out the next morning & tested the unit first, it was dead.
They replaced with a Noritz unit that I approved, & were very knowledgeable & efficient. I highly recommend this company.
I had researched what the price of unit & install should be before I had called anyone. These guys were spot on, & no B.S.
They did not attempt to take advantage.

I had a problem with my tankless water heater as the sensors for the ignition suddenly burnt out. The operators at Tankless solutions were very courteous and responsive and immediately connected me to a technician. I was fortunate to be connected to Phillip Hood who was very patient and kind and tried his best to walk me through the initial repair process over the phone. He spent over an hour trying to help me rectify the problem by myself, in the interest of time( as there were no appointments for several days) and to save me the money for the service call. When finally we determined that I would need some parts changed in order to get the job done, he gave me the first suitable appointment of my choice, changed his day off to visit our house and get the job done personally as he had already started the process over the phone . He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and very reasonable with his charges. He even gave me his cell number to call should I have any problems with my heater in the future. I am completely amazed with their service top to bottom and have saved the number on my contacts for any future needs. I will be sure to recommend them to any of my friends that need help with their tankless heaters. The best company to work with. This kind of service is a rarity now and deserves commendation.

Alway keep your wife in hot water! I was in hot water because my wife was not able to take a hot shower at the end of a busy work day. I called Phil after 9pm he called me back right away and talked me thru why my water heater was not heating. My emergency earthquake gas shut off got knocked during gardening that day that shut the gas from getting to the heater. It was a simple fix thanks to Phil for being a good fella helping a guy keep his wife in hot water.

Just had an initial call with Phil. We are still debating tankless vs tank, but had to write a review. This was the most personable and professional conversation I've had in a long time. These guys clearly know there stuff and seem very honest and patient with all my questions. I don't ever write reviews based on one call, but this company was really impressive. If we go tankless, we'll choose this company for sure.

I have a large house with a tankless water heater in the garage and the master bath at the other end of the house. Had to wait 3-4 minutes for hot water to show up. Invited Phil to come up with solution. Phil recommended installing a D'MAND Kontrols pump system under the bathroom sink.
He installed the new on demand pump and the problem was solved. The pump is initiated with a remote button I keep in my adjacent bedroom. The pump circulates the water in the hot water line until hot water is detected by the pump which then shuts off. Viola! Hot water is ready to use. No wasted water, no tapping my foot waiting for the hot water to show up!

My tankless water heater quit working...of course this happens in the winter when you really look forward to a hot shower! Found a blown fuse on the circuit board. I called Tankless Solutions and Philip helped with diagnosing the issue. A faulty circuit board was replaced and I can again relax with shot shower. Thanks Philip!

Switching out 40 gallon water heater for 40 gallon tankless water heater. In house consult not until next week.
