I purchased three queen beds and two twin beds on the same day, and LD was excellent, very helpful, explanatory and courteous.

An excellent experience getting the perfect mattress here! Mel, was completely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and warm which was important since it is a significant purchase for my overall well-being. As an older amateur athlete with some back issues he was able to help me make the best choice. He has an understanding of physiology being an athlete himself. I appreciate that he was extremely patient since I took a long time in store because they have a very large and excellent selection of mattresses in all price ranges. He took great care in making sure I was satisfied with aftercare check in. I suggest Mel and this location with the highest of recommendation .

This was 100% the easiest mattress buying experience I’ve ever had. Told them what I was looking for and they gave me 3 great options based on my price range. Never once felt like I was pressured into spending more than I planned on. Aubrey was super knowledgeable about every single bed and answered all of our questions. Delivery was quick and easy - they removed my old mattress and Taber even helped me swap out my box spring when I accidentally chose the wrong size. We’re loving the new bed, def recommend :)

I just moved to LA and I needed a great mattress at an affordable price. I have some back issues, but not a huge budget, hoping to get something quickly. At the store, I was helped by Taber, he was very knowledgeable and got one of the mattress manufactured by Ortho Mattress. Great price and customer service, love my new mattress, would recommend this store highly.

I went in last week and Mel helped me and I have to say his customer service was top notch. He really knew what he was talking about and he took his time. He wasn't just trying to get me to hurry up and buy like most other places. He asked me all the right questions to help me pin point the best mattress for my body and so far its been 5 days of the best sleep of my life im so happy. If you go in ask for Mel he will take care of you.

I went to Ortho mattress store with my wife to choose a bed for us. It is very important to us to get the right bed since I have bad back and trouble sleeping for many years. We had no idea which bed to get. We were greeted with lots of respect by the manager named Larry.
Larry is so patient and knowledgeable. He explained in details the cons and pros of different mattresses and suggested the one that suited our needs. We could not be any happier. We would highly recommend this store and specially Larry. He went out of his way to insure we are happy. He even followed up with us few times after the sale. That meant a lot to my wife and I.
I am so happy that we chose this store and meeting Larry.

I had already purchased a Queen size mattress from Ortho mattress and I was now looking for a King size. The staff is great and very welcoming, I personally dealt with Larry. He's the MAN!..He knows how to deal with customers and he helped me to find exactly what i was looking for. You should definitely ask for him!

We had a great experience shopping for our new mattress. We weren't quite sure what we wanted, but Anna was super informative and directed us towards a mattress that fit into our budget and our needs. She genuinely treated us as if we were family instead of customers.

True story...I went to this place contemplating buying a brand new mattress even though my original was only a few years old, and the manager saved me HUNDREDS of dollars by telling is strictly a review for Ted. I called the store seeking Ted's expert advice after reading so many great reviews about him. I already new Naturepedic was a great product but I needed help choosing between…I purchased a Cal King mattress and 5 inch topper 10 years ago from this store, and both my mattress and topper are still as amazingly comfortable now, as they were when I first purchased them 10 yrs ago!!

I never knew shopping for a mattress could be so fun. Imagine if shopping for a car were actually fun and involved power naps...I think you get where I'm going.

Melina was my sales representative. She was extremely knowledgeable, clearly had my best interests in mind, and was QUITE patient over the 2+ hours it took me to make a decision (sorry about that, Melina!).

I'm very happy with my new mattress and have been sleeping a lot better.

Side Note: Props to Ortho on the air conditioning. It was one of the hottest days of the year and I was cooling off as much as I was dozing off.

Buying a mattress these days can a difficult experience these days. After going from store to store I finally found Danny at Ortho. He was extremely knowledgeable and his laid back vibe made the whole purchasing a mattress thing a lot more enjoyable. I will be sending all my friends and family to Danny. Thanks again!

I bought an Heirloom firm king mattress here about 6 months ago and I couldn’t be happier. Best purchase I’ve made to this day! The employees were really helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I’m a “hot” sleeper and was in search of a “cool” bed and this is it.

My previous bed was a Simmons BeautyRest Black Queen Firm Pillowtop which I bought 3 years ago from Mattress Stop and I hated everything about it...not firm and really hot, especially when there’s another person in bed with you. I couldn’t wait to get rid of it.

Anna Clapp is an incredible young woman who has incredible personality and demeanor. She really helped me figure out exactly what I need, brainstormed the best ways I can save $ with my purchase, and was just wonderful. I just got rid of my old mattress and was completely clueless about where to start with buying a new one. The sales associate at the store was very welcoming and helpful with giving me the pros and cons of each mattress. I was impressed with the customer service!

I have to say that if you had told me the best part of my New Year's Eve celebration would be shopping for a mattress, I wouldnt have believed you, but thanks to Larry that turned out to be entirely true!

I called before coming in and was greeted by a chipper voice inviting me to come in- he asked pertinent questions about the kind of feeling I was looking for and promised to look into the best options for me before my arrival- and no underhanded sales tricks here...he even mentioned their price match guarantee and said he would shop around for the best price for me.

This proved to be true later when we came in with an offer we had found on an Aerloom mattress at another store, which Larry worked very hard to match and did so successfully. I have not slept better in ages and am so happy with my purchase!
