I have been seeing Dr Clarence Leung for less than 6 months for childhood traumas. He is very easy to talk to and he is really trying to help me, which can’t be easy for him. I’m not the most open person, but have found that he is such a good listener that sometimes I can’t shut up. He has a good sense of humor, listens to what I have to say and gives me good recommendations to try and better myself and my life. He is always on time or even early to call me back to his office. When Dr Jacob wanted me to talk to someone in his office, nobody was available. But then Dr Leung said that he would take me as a client. I really appreciated that and he hasn’t let me down.

I’ve been seeing Dr Jacob for several years now and at times I’ve had to wait upwards of 40-50 minutes due to his many patients! It he’s worth the wait! He’s a great psychiatrist and caring too! I highly recommend him and his staff are professional and very busy, so please do not mistake that fir being rude, they are not...they’re very busy and wonderful at the jobs!

Today I got to see Nurse Practitioner/Dr my first time I was very nervous. His name is Steve from the office staff to the Doc....I received nothing but positiveness thank you everyone you made me feel at ease! :)

Very caring and respectful and they all have such big hearts and they really care.

I love Dr. Jacob! He's a great doctor. I make a 160 mile round trip just to see him.

Dr. Jacob is a Good Doctor to see if you need most any Prescriptions. He is fair and doesn't overwrite meds. He will encourage you to taper off Certain Meds, but never is forceful with it, he allows you to Taper off at your own pace. Be honest with him, and he will be a great help with your Medication needs. The Front Office is overworked and understaffed, can be rude at times, and it's Hell trying to Call the Office during the day. They never pick up the phone. Also, if you don't know this by now, the wait times can be anywhere from 10 minutes to 3 hours. Depending on your Meds, he will see you once a month or once every 3 months for most Patients. I recommend that if you have a Job, take the entire day off, the wait times can alter. I was lucky to find Dr. Jacob with the type of Medications I take, he was solid and never messed up the 3 years I saw him. Hopefully I can find a Similar Doctor in Colorado Springs.

Went twice for Dr. Nassarian before switching to a different provider. Cold attitudes and uncaring and inattentive staff. I keep being billed for the co-pay even though I paid every visit with my card. Incompetent reception desk.

Very upset, staff is rude,Dr. is always running late it's a 55 minute wait just to see him for less than 5 minutes. Refills take for ever for Dr. to aprove. I take clients there that need to be seen monthly and staff calls to reschedule all the time. I have a client that hasn't been seen since February and it's all because they call and reschedule. To top it off then they charged my client$35 for a no show appointment. Ridiculous!

Dr is Amazing but staff at the Glendora office very unprofessional also rude my first Time to just drop off paper work I was standing there for 20 min all staff females were in front off me but never came to window for my needs . It got worse I have been getting charges for no show office visits when I hadn’t seen my Dr in months because of unprofessional From staff on very important paperwork. I’ve gotten worse not better they have caused me more stress I felt I was doing there work they bounced me from person to person and the person in the billing department got very rude and I took it as a little angry towards me. It was I regards to The no show visit payment so she got upset and told me to shred it and she will take care of it I worked I’n the medical field for 36 yrs and I’ve been to the highest individuals in Regards to patient care I never thought I would be a patient and treated with the most unprofessional service especially with my diagnose like that . They need to really retrain the staff and make others that I observed a chance to be in charge . This was many months of my experience as of today 3/17/2020 11:50am
