I had a great experience. Immediately greeted by Carol who helped me find the perfect sofa within minutes. The entire process went without a hitch. Sofa was delivered in 2 days by two really nice gentlemen. The week before I had ordered a sofa online and it was a nightmere. Wrong sofa was sent and had to return it. I'll never buy something like this online again. Thank you Carol for all you help. It was a pleasure to meet you and thank you Ashley for selling quality furniture.

Carroll was AMAZING! If you need a mattress or an adjustable base or both she is the one to ask for. She took her time to explain everything. We also enjoyed that the store manager Maya came over to answer some of our questions.

I have had such a pleasant experience at this store but more specifically with team member Will Harris Jr. Will has an exceptional level of follow through and professionalism. He made me feel like my business was appreciated and his extra efforts were noticed. He was not my sales person but he worked just as hard as if he was. I would like to first say how indecisive and picky I am. Coming to this Ashelys location was very helpful and useful to my decision. I came in one week straight trying to decide how many pieces of furniture I needed and what piece of furniture I enjoyed the most. When my original first contact at Ashelys was off of work, the manager stepped in and did an amazing outstanding fantastic job. Abir has answered all of my questions, and Farideh had been a delight. I was able to show them pictures to get the correct measurements and also got a phone call to see how smooth my delivery was. I cannot think this Ashelys enough for being that attentive to my needs.

Yasmin did an outstanding job. I came in a week earlier and told her I couldn't make a purchase just yet, I had to unfreeze my credit reports so I could sign up for the zero interest card that Ashley offers. I reached out by phone and she even replied on her day off. We met again the next week and she helped me make the application, waiting while I unfroze my accounts, and then while I re-froze them, and sat with me to be sure the sofa will fit through my doors. If you have a chance to seek her out the next time you need furniture, you'll be in good hands.
