New Nails

Made an appointment and I showed up a bit early. I was welcomed very kindly. I didn’t have to wait at all. Love the massage chairs! Kay listened to my preferences and was very accommodating. She is gentle and pays attention to detail. The salon is very clean. I was extremely impressed by the professional staff, the prices are great and my pedicure was fantastic!! My first time here and I will absolutely return and share my experience with others!!

I’ve been looking for a new nail salon since I moved to this area. After COVID all prices have gone up everywhere and the quality seems to have dropped so I’ve been going to different salons every time I get my nails done. But I’ve finally found my go to place. Karen is the owner and the service here is phenomenal. The designs are above par I haven’t been able to get a design in years because other salons have made me lose hope. Karen did the first design on my nails in years and it’s amazing I definitely recommend this salon and will continue to come every 2 week.

It was amazing. It was pain free and quick. My nails turned out better than I expected. I am so pleased and will definitely be going back to them. I will be letting all my friends know about them as well.

Yen is amazing! She is the only person who I let take care of my feet. She takes her time to keep clear of any ingrown toenails that are or could possibly start hurting. She does a good thorough job on my nails too. I've very picky about small details and Yen pays close attention to details. Karen does some really pretty, cute and festive nail designs for me too. I love walking in and telling her i want fall nails or Xmas or summer, just make them cute and she executes every time!

This has been my main nail shop for months now! I have never had a broken nail, infection nothing. They do a great job. I have never had a wait and I don't make appointments with my schedule being so hectic. The ladies are very nice! They assist me when I ask for help. Great customer service. Do a great job on my eyebrows as well :)

I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a new salon. Stopped in here as a walk-in on a weekday morning. Was serviced right away and not rushed to pick a color. The manicure was perfect, good attention to detail and not rushed. I will be back for sure!

I love this place!
They are attentive and friendly! They spoil with extras like massages with hotstones and wax.
I have been going there for maybe 5 years and no other place compares.

Their basic pedicure includes wax and hot stone massage. Loved it! My gel fill was on point too. Karen was quick and on point.

I always go to New Nails. Friendly and prompt service. The basins are lined with a plastic sanitary liner and tools are clean. It is a busy shop with many chairs and lots of manicure stations. Usually 8 girls to do your walk in Pedicure or nail procedure. They have a vast array of almost every color O.P.I. lacquer nail color.. I always enjoy their company ..

Quick and lovely nails just the way I wanted them. The cost was also very very rezso able.

Have been going here for a couple of years now and I get the best from Wednesday. She is my go to for my pedicure. Yes I'm a guy and like my feet done to prevent torn sheets and ingrown toenail.

I am so thrilled with this place I personally do not go to this nail salon but my friend went there to have her pedicure repaired after getting an infection in Tacoma from Foxy Nails on 56th and M Street. She saw a gal named Dan and when she walked in she could barely walk in the door her feet hurt so bad her toenails were so infected and yucky and band did such a wonderful job repairing them and making them so that she could at least walk I say this is a miracle worker place and if you ever have a nail problem or need your nails done ask for band at New Nails in Puyallup on East Main love this place so grateful
