We worked with Christina many years ago for our first home purchase. When we wanted to buy an investment property this year we knew Christina's knowledge and expertise would be very valuable. Those of us who have been looking understand how competitive the market has been for buyers. Christina was really great at establishing rapport with the seller's agent and making sure we are a top contender amongst multiple offers. While we were in escrow Christina was always on top of communicating with all parties involved and made sure that everything with the transaction went smoothly. She even helped us negotiate a substantial credit that ended up covering most of our closing costs. Even after we got the keys to our new property, Christina continued to be helpful and provided many reliable contacts to fix the property. Buying and investing can be intimidating and having someone you can trust by your side really makes a world of difference. My husband and I both agree that we are lucky to have such a stellar agent by our side while making these financially crucial decisions.

After closing the house, she introduced numbers of contractors to me for my house remodeling. During the house remodeling, she came to check the progress, used her influencing skills to speak to the contractors to work out the timeline fitting my needs, and even gave me many remodeling ideas.
The service from Christina didn’t end on the date of closing. She absolutely went above and beyond what I typically expected for a real estate agent.

Having known Christina for a long time, I’ve always heard about her professionalism and integrity. However, this was the first time that I have the opportunity to work with her on the sale of our family property in Turtle Rock Summit. Due to various reasons, the house was vacant for 10+ years. Home buying is stressful, especially during this pandemic. Luckily we had Christina to help us through the whole process, from nearly 7 months of house hunting to the last day of escrow closing. She was on top of every single step, informing us of what to look out for and what made the most sense for our purchase. It has been almost 6 years since our last house purchase, so it was super helpful to have someone like Christina with many years of experience to help. Some of the key points/examples why I would highly recommend Christina:

1. truly feel her genuineness: there was never a second we felt she was trying to push us to sell/buy (buy in our case), but felt that she really put herself in our shoe to see if it would be a right purchase.
2. very communicative: schedules appointment very efficiently, and confirms and reminds you of appointment booked; during the escrow, she communicated with the escrow office and lender agent regularly to ensure timely closing.
3. punctual: She was always either early or on time at every single appointment. This might seem trivial, but I have dealt with agents who were late all the time. To me, that is a sign of showing she truly cares about you as a client. And that care truly shows in other aspects of work she helped with us for this home purchase.
4. very knowledgeable about real-estate business: during this pandemic time, there was so much competition for home purchase. For the house we wanted, we learned there were 27 offers in 2 days. Christina strategized with us for the best offer approach, and we were so happy that we ended up getting the house!
5. patient: My husband and I are super picky people. And the worse part was that our home purchase criteria changed on a weekly basis depending our needs at the time. She's never showed any frustration, and was just patient listening to the reasons and then helped us find the right house. I truly appreciate this.

Christina is a truly trustworthy realtor. I got to know her via Zillow about 6 years ago. She has been providing me updates and inputs about Los Angeles market since then. She is very client-oriented and always put my interest as first priority. She advise me to be cool in a hot market and seize opportunities when it is the right time. I almost can just give her a budget and let her make sole decision for me in terms of home purchase. Finally she helped me to buy something at very reasonable price in such a hot and crazy market in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic. I cannot recommend more to engage her if anyone has need to buy /sell properties in LA area ！
