My pharmacy great pharmacy staff especially Erika

I went to the pharmacy to ask for an over the counter treatment for my cracked skin and she was very helpful. Large store with better than average selection. The cashier was also very friendly and efficient. Great shopping experience overall!

medicines to personal care are all in one visit.... And the cashier is adding an extra mile on his job...

Best CVS I've been to in LA. Four years ago it was a complete mess, terrible manager, horrible service. Now it's super organized, well stocked and good service.

The cashiers are always fast and helpful. They are also very friendly. Stocks are various. However, in the Man's Skin Care unit, I couldn't find any man skin (or facial) care, but all razors, while razors already has it's own unit. I only found 1 man skin care in the shave area.

Yes some days this place can be quite packed if you’re picking up meds especially on a Wednesday but other than that, they have convenient hours for store and pharmacy too. Sometimes the deals they have on the ad are great. Parking is easy in the large lot.

Also, if you use the app, there’s a new feature to pick up in store by ordering all your stuff and they have it ready for it!
It was my first time trying this pilot of pick up in store out. In the past it was so frustrating because something would say IN STOCK, then you go in to the store and it wasn’t even on the shelf. So giving this a try, and having an email confirmed that it was ready within an hour or two was wonderful. Then it said, we’ll hold it for 3 days was convenient. I went in in the evening time (because it’s less busy) to pick it up the same day and it was hassle free. Love it!!! Will definitely be doing this more often. Oh and all my coupons applied easily including carebucks and I paid with credit card via Apple Pay without issues. So quick!!

Thank you for being there for me. Customer service has room for improvement in the pharmacy department.
