I love them they are a great service to the community

Getting through on the phone was hard but once I managed, my first appointment went well! Staff were friendly and professional, the nurse seemed to have a good sense of humor, and the practitioner I saw wants to be thorough going over my care. Rocky start but good first impressions otherwise, I won't be so nervous coming back.

I have an appointment here about every five weeks. The staff are exceptional & understanding. All staff I've encountered are empathetic & personable. I receive an injection during my visit as part of a treatment. It's not only the nurses and doctors that are understanding. The phlebotomist performing my treatment is extremely empathetic. What can be a anxious experience for some is made less so by all the medical staff.

I will say since i posted my initial review i have seen a great improvement of service.

The only reason this isnt a 1 star review is because my doctor here is actually amazing and extremely helpful.

Dont bother calling this place around 11am though because they take their lunch at 12pm and just don’t ever both answering the phones apparently. Ive been on hold multiple times for 20+ minutes only to have my call dropped at 12.

Everytime i have to call here I expect nothing but frustration and at least an hours endeavor.

Needs a better phone line

Scheduling an appointment or doing anything over the phone besides call the pharmacy is next to impossible. As I write this I'm still on hold, waiting for half an hour now because I need to order medical records.

That being said, the staff really is wonderful. Dr. Leilani is amazing, all of the nurses and students I've had have been friendly and know what they're doing, and the pharmacy staff is super friendly. If it was possible to get in contact with somebody over the phone this would absolutely be five stars.

Every single appointment I've set the last 2 years has somehow been canceled without my knowledge or not properly taken down, and when you do get an appointment the doctor will tell you to your face, while quoting the wrong paperwork and name " we have many patients today and I see your here for (blank), let's get this done fast" I was there for a mental health checkup and had to have 3 nurses and an attendee help me to set up an appointment properly. The doctors do not care because they're only theyre for a month or 2 at a time.

Most of the time when I call, the line goes silent and they won't pick up when I hang up and try again. Always a horrible time making an appointment with them. The doctor I got with them also seemed to never check her messages. I had come in person to make them message her through email and she's so unresponsive.
