I was only able to train with Seb for one month, but in this one month I learned so much about the fundamentals of boxing. Seb has an old-school mentality when it comes to coaching, and combined with his genuine personality and great sense of humor, he is able to motivate and push everyone in the class, regardless of level of experience. Not only are his sessions a great workout, but he consistently emphasizes proper boxing technique and he makes sure to pay attention to everyone in the room. I wish Seb stayed longer in LA so I could keep training with him!

This class has been awesome. its great training and an even better workout. Really glad I found this class. Seb’s great. He has all the expertise, but is also just a really great guy. Definitely recommend if you’re interested in a boxing class
