Just want to give a huge shout out to Sharron, She was so amazing and helpful and even rode.The elevator with me twice helped me.Find my storage unit and was such a delight to be around.She made my experience way easier for me.And i'm glad I chose this public storage because of her.

My storage needs are very unique and Sharron has been a great help in helping me solve those difficult needs. The customer service I received here is five star and delivered with a smile and backed up with information and assistance styled to the customers needs. Highly recommend this location.

Sharron from the beginning of my adventure has been nothing but a huge help. She's gone above and beyond with communication going out her way to help me in some very difficult situations. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would because I probably would have lost it all if it wasn't for her!!

We went in today to rent a unit and Angel was fantastic! She was polite and helpful. She took her time with us and made us feel like family. Great customer service all around.

Never had a problem but they should have more bathrooms available.

Outstanding customer service is a rarity today and she went above and beyond to assist. She’s an asset to the company and I’m sure won’t be there long as she’s working far beneath her capability.

It’s a shame the Public Storage corporate side could care less about overcharging in the midst of major inflation and a struggling economy.
They’ve no issues with consistently raising rates, no offered discounts for pre-pay, hardship, etc.

The corporate business model overall is less than undesirable, to say the least.
