Extra Space Storage

We had a great experience renting our first storage unit this evening. Becky was extremely helpful in showing us units and giving us excellent advice, she is truly what made our experience a great one.. Thank you Becky..

Very easy process. Picked out my unit and paid for it online. Set up auto payments before I even came in. Came in and met with Bradley. He sent me up with a lock and gave me a tour and took me to my unit to make sure, I understood how to get all my items upstairs. So great impression.

Becky was so helpful and informative! She showed me what different sized spaces looked like so that I could choose the one that fit my needs best and made the rental process so easy and quick!

My husband & I had a great experience with Becky being very friendly, informative and professional during our visit. She did an amazing job helping us choose the right storage size for our household goods. She has Excellent Customer Service. Thank You!

My experience at this storage facility was unique. Not only was it pleasant because of the professionalism and courtesy of the staff and store Manager, Becky, but it was also very informative and short. Both the office area and the storage were extremely clean. There were cameras in places I wish my previous storage unit had them. As of now, I will recommend this facility to anyone still reluctant or trying to decide whether they should go with them or not.
Multiplied kudos to Extra Space storage in general, and to Becky particularly. ;-)

It was a smooth process and the lady was very polite. She explained everything with a smile on her face and was very professional . Made me feel like it's a safe place to keep my belongings and that someone cares. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I reserved a space at 1 location. A rep from that location called me, let me know they didn't have spaces big enough to accommodate my vehicle (8' conversion van) but looked up a different location that DID, she put in my details so I didn't have to do that, and told me the entire move in cost and insurance options. I really appreciate it because I am already stressed out over this!

Customer service was off the charts,, did it on line fast ,quick, and easy, came in gave an id that was that oh and the lock , with 1st class tour and a quick trial run to access the gate, not to mention beautiful as well. Great job!
