Personal, Friendly, and Helpful
I have yet to stand in a line. I have had to wait for assistance but, someone always greets me, and the wait is never long. I just love the smaller credit union. All the benefits of the Big Sister CU but with the personal, no wait, no frustration. I especially love the drive through Machine at this Federal Way Location. Talk about convenient. I can still (of course) use the big sister cash machines.. but there is hardly ever a line at RED CANOE!!

Can not say enough how good this bank is , treat you with respect , kindness , Jenny went out of her way to call me and save us money on our auto loan , who dose that anymore , nobody i know , you will have a great experience at Red Canoe Credit Union , see Jenny at the Kent office , we did , and cant thank her enough , we are so thankful for the money she has saved for us on our jeep loan and our new travel trailer from Kent RV . Better than most banks

I have been with Red Canoe for many years , if memory serves me right then well over 20 years, and have had only good service and experience. As a matter of fact I have never been with any bank, credit union or any other type of banking system for near as long. I would recommend Red Canoe to anyone lookin for a good financial company that cares about its customers.

Always friendly and knowledgeable associates in the branch. I'm happy to be banking with them.

BEWARE. Another fascist business trying to take away your freedom. I noticed fraudulent activity on my account (multiple artempts to charge $8k on my credit card) and contacted Red Canoe (shouldn't the CU have noticed this?) Red Canoe shut down my online banking access and insisted that I provide a receipt for a professional "cleaning" of my phone. I noted that I had run multiple detection programs on my phone to detect an intrusion with no evidence of my phone being compromised, but Red Canoe insisted it was necessary, even though their IT department had not conducted a forensic investigation. I am a free American an will not have a business dictate what I can or cannot do with my own property. I closed my account.
