Great quality cleaners, in my recent experience with them. The scheduled pickups/deliveries were off by 1 or more hours, but still if you have some flexibility in your schedule (or a front desk willing to hold clothes for you) it's worth it. The actual cleaning was impeccable, the turnaround time was phenomenal (pick up one morning, drop off the NEXT day), and the price was extremely competitive for delivery. You can schedule your pickup easily and conveniently in an app. It's also nice to support local businesses!

The nicest people! We were visiting from Seattle and I called early friday morning (since I am a procrastinator) trying to get my laundry in and done by the time my flight left on Saturday. Charles, the owner, was extremely helpful and let me know that there was a large order this morning but to come in and let the workers know what time I need it by so they could make it work. DID THEY EVER! I dropped off at about 10am and got the call at 6:21pm the same day letting me know that my clothes were ready. My family and I were coming out of universal studios so we arrived a little past closing time but Charles kept the shop open for us so we could have our clean clothes. Everything smelled so nice, our whites are bright, everything was folded with care, and nothing is missing. We appreciate everyone here who helped us get our clothes in such a timely manner!! Thank you Charles!!

They are so great! We use them for everything!

I've lived near this cleaners for many years and I would prefer having them take care of my clothes as opposed to doing them my self. My suits are always well treated and my wife's dresses/clothes are always to her standard. Thanks again Zerlene for the way you've treated us(first time customer) and Charles I will definitely bring my garments here everytime. Especially when in downtown LA. Much appreciation

Always swift and efficient and friendly. Most importantly, they haven't ruined or lost any of my clothes. They cost a bit more but well worth it. All the other cleaners have either lost or ruined some of my clothes.

Used these guys via our concierge as a more cost effective way to do laundry half way through a tour of USA. Brilliant service : collect and drop off same day.

Great service for those who are from out of town working and do not have the convenience of time to do their own laundry. Will definitely use again for my next load of stank-butt work clothes.

Honestly they’re just so polite and professional. It’s refreshing to meet people like this in downtown Los Angeles - and the fact that they deliver to my apartment complex is a major plus !
