Awesome service got my first COVID-19 vaccine for free here so I'm happy with the place. Also, fill my prescription here too here because it's the only one of the top three that accept my insurance which is Medi-Cal Blue cross so I recommend it to everyone!

I have great customer service by Valerie I always seem to get her, lucky me, she always has a smile. Makes my shopping day nice at CVS. Thank you for being our wellness station. I know this particular store has plenty of drama and yet everyone who works here is nice.

This CVS overall is pretty decent. They do a good job of keeping the place in stock, clean, and they have a helpful staff. Is it the greatest CVS no, but for being downtown LA it's pretty good. Like all CVS stores the prices are on the high side and the selection is not all that expansive but they have what you need when you need it and they do a nice job keeping the store in good shape especially when you consider its right downtown. The staff deserves a lot of credit for being helpful and the hard work they put in because downtown stores can be a handful at times.

Nice location. Not like most downtown pharmacies that need someone to unlock every item. Pharmacy staff is pleasant and easy to deal with as well.

When out of town it's always good to see a familiar shopping venue. Within walking distance of my hotel. Clean and well stocked, got all of my emergency needs, coffee creamer and sugar.

I went in here the other day to buy an umbrella. I was in a rush, searched for maybe 5 minutes before asking someone for assistance. A security guard helped me look we both couldn't find it. I was about to give up and leave when we both saw the umbrellas were on display in the middle of the store in plain sight. We had a good laugh about it. Great freaking vibes. :)

The associates at the store always friendly and helpful. The only drawback of this store is that it's not always stocked and that's kind of understandable because it's a very busy location in downtown L.A. but it's also disappointing at times because I am have limited mobility.

Very good customer service always nice. The pharmacy workers are wonderful. They always explain my medicine and always ask me if I have any questions. I definitely appreciate the good customer service. I would give them a 10 star if I could give them one. 😊

Fully stocked CVS which can be hard to find at times due to all the stealing in Los Angeles.
