Smart & Final Extra!

They had what I was looking for. The Smart & Final on Beverly is always out of stock on a few things I need. I was in and out quick.

Came for some basics, oatmeal and salad, found both at great prices (in large packages). Pleasant temperature and sound, good lighting, helpful staff for finding things. This place is great as long as you want a large amount of whatever you are looking for as they are about the quantity discount.

Bathroom is in south west corner, code is 0802 last I checked.

Very well maintained and clean grocery outlet right in the downtown. Fresh vegetables and fruits. Polite staff and good prices. No need to sign up for a card to avail the discounted prices!!

Parking is also available and can get there without any hassle.

The best Oven Roasted Chicken ever. Just $6.99 for a huge 3 lb Roasted Chicken, soo juice and very good taste season. I’ve never had tried it before now I’m going to buy that Chicken ever on the Smart & Final Extra LoL.

Great food store WITH PARKING downtown!! That's awesome cuz this neighborhood doesn't have many (or any?) grocery stores + having parking is a major deal. Well-stocked with all the great restaurant quality foods + goods that they are known for including produce, dairy, meats, liquor etc. The other awesome thing is they allow DOGS on leashes inside. How cool is that? I buy my strawberry margarita mix here that's made with real strawberry puree. So good i use it in my smoothies for flavor. For some reason, few grocery stores stock the strawberry mix anymore but here they have 2 brands. And the frozen berries, in bulk, that make such things even better. Buy small or go big at this convenient downtown location. Access parking off Figueroa or thru a back alley off Francisco.

As always, the store was spotless, very well stocked and orderly when I dropped in this evening around 8 pm. The store was not crowded which made for a more relaxed outing. Checkout was swift and flawless. I've concluded that the store is managed by a team of professional leaders that aren't vying for one another's position. Appeared to have ample parking available in the lot when I arrived and departed. Security was present, attentive, and courteous.

This place is like a warehouse kind of grocery supermarket. All the items I need are here. The place is also clean and organized.

Mini great experiences with excellent items and great prices.

S&F is one of the best markets we have downtown. Not too over-crowded nor over-priced. I love the prepared fruit bowls which are always fresh. My friend loves the ROTISSERIE CHICKEN=she says it is the BEST. I also love the array of fruit & the boxed dinners (am watching my calories, per Nutritionist. Also the cashiers & Clarence (security) are very helpful.

Great selection of groceries, good vegetable aisles, it carries both regular sized items and big sized items of many products. Full size grocery store with some prepared meals available as well. Clean and not crowded store.
Parking always available and fast checkout.

I love this location. S&F is my favorite market and I try to shop there any time I can. I love that they have a downtown location so it's a short distance from my job at Little Tokyo. After I get off from work, I don't need to go miles off to my nearest S&F, I can just go one mile here near Olympic. The staff are great too. It's also the only market in the entire Los Angeles district that has Mexican Cola, which is the only soda I buy nowadays, so that's a plus for me.

This place is small yet clean and simple. Relaxing environment, quiet, tidy selection. Food is always fresh, store is neat and organized very well.
Pricing is moderate. Parking, delivery, and big quantities are available. All forms of payment are acceptable. Customer service is on key.

Like the food part of Costco without the crowds, membership, and impulse buys that make Costco the $300 store.

A downtown secret: plentiful free parking! And right off Figueroa, too! Ridiculous! If you live downtown, you know that is a singular feature.

Also, amazing hours! Open early and late. As a working musician, I appreciate this!
