Getting divorced is incredibly scary and can often feel so overwhelming. Mioni Family Law, not only made the process so easy, but supported me during the whole experience. My first call to Lovette was hands-down one of the best gifts I ever gave to myself and my children, and one of the most life-impacting moves I ever made in general - no exaggeration. My highly contentious spouse was trying to hurry me into signing off on some very rushed divorce terms which would have seriously damaged my future access to my children and my financial status for years and years. I almost took the bait, were it not for a friend who urged me to call Lovette Mioni (she had helped him dramatically course-correct his own divorce mishaps). That first hour phone consultation was well worth the cost. I have not yet had to go to court for litigation, but if I do, I won’t set foot in there without her. To this day I feel I have seriously underpaid for the value of her services. If you have the slightest inkling that you might need a lawyer, definitely call her.

I was in a legal battle for several years. During that time I had two different seasoned attorneys. Neither one I felt understood or cared for my plight. The first one was up against a highly qualified Beverly Hills attorney that had won most if not all his cases and appeared ruthless. I can't say enough positive thing about Lovette. I unfortunately made a bad choice which resulted me in needing a lawyer. I was referred to her and it turned out to be the best choice. She responded quickly, was knowledgeable, listen attentively and kept me informed. I would recommend her any day!

My only regret is that I should have written this review about a month ago. Unfortunately and fortunately in a way, my attorney prior to, disappeared shortly after my court case and I wasn't able to close out the paperwork regarding child custody.
