A very TMI/personal review:

While helping to spring clean her garage, my mom discovered her long unworn wedding ring and asked me if I’d like to have it. It took me off guard as I didn’t have any recollection of it, and I was surprised to see jagged cuts down the back of the guard and band. She explained that pregnancy caused her fingers to swell, leading her to opt for an all-too-practical solution—splicing down the back with wire cutters.

Additional context: What I like most about the ring is these cuts. I think they really encapsulate my mom and her resilience. A war refugee, single mother of two, and self-made woman, I appreciate how this gritty representation mirrors how she’s truly just made things work. And although I wanted to keep the cuts as they were, unfortunately, the gaps were causing the ring to easily bend and slip off.

And now, what you came for—a review of Blue Diamond Jewelers: Ravi provided clear guidance on what was possible and made authoritative recommendations. I landed on having the guard soldered together but only buffing the band's cut before resizing both pieces. Ravi exceeded expectations. I was able to pick up the ring early and was surprised to see it shining brighter than I could’ve imagined from a thorough cleaning and polishing. The ring already meant so much to me, and I love it even more now.

I’ve always admired my mom for what she’s accomplished, and how she’s gone about doing it. And I have Ravi to thank for helping me find a way to wear this ring that serves as a representation of it all. 10/10

We’ve had the best experience here every time we come in! My fiancé got my engagement ring custom made here, I bought his band here (also custom), and now my band is on the way! Ravi knows how to make you feel like family the second you walk in. We thought we were “just looking” when we came in…3 rings later here we are! I can’t recommend Blue Diamond enough!

Ravi made my vision come true!! I had a pair of moissanite studs and one single larger stud. I wanted a pendant with a garnet halo and a ring made into a figure eight to match. Ravi had upgraded the stones to rubies which turned out way better. He has impeccable taste and offered a diamond cut chain. His craftsmanship is just gorgeous. I couldn’t be happier, it fits beautifully.
He is a pleasure to work with and his prices are very fair. He has a wide selection of beautiful jewelry!
I can’t wait to work with him again.
He also shortened a chain bracelet perfectly,
when I was unsure of what length. He really knows his stuff!

This is a terrific jewelry store. I went there specifically for some repairs - a watch repair that they kindly checked out gratis and then came back with the cost and recommendation - frankly it was not worth doing the repair given the value of the watch for us - but no pressure whatsoever. It was clear they cared only about how I cared for the repair to be handled - what was best for me was best for them. I think that sums up the wonderful attitude of Debbie and Ravi who are in it for the relationships and realize that is more important in the long run than anything else. That's super kind in my book. The other thing that happened is there was a miscommunication about a repair on my daughters earrings - one that quite frankly was possibly my fault and I insisted that I pay for and they literally wouldn't let me pay for it. I tried and tried but they wouldn't let me. I mean what wonderful folks - and I can't recommend them more highly. Thanks and you have a life long customer/family just from these simple interactions. One that they didn't even make any $ from. Wonderful folks and thank you.

Ravi truly created my dream wedding band. I can not recommend Ravi and Blue Diamond enough! We originally went in to get my fiancé’s wedding band but as soon as Ravi saw my engagement ring, he pulled out a wedding band that he assumed I would like. Spot on. Obviously the rings, diamonds, items, etc speak for themselves. But in addition to the high quality items, Ravi is a huge reason why we stuck with Blue Diamond. He is incredibly friendly and honest. As we worked with Ravi to pick a diamond and design a setting, all the while being on the opposite side of the country, he made the process easy, efficient, and fun. They are so sweet and accommodating! Top notch customer service and it’s very obvious they take their time with each of their clients. They made my soon-to-be husband’s wedding band and they resized my engagement ring. My fiancé ordered a slight size up because he was nervous about fit, he ordered it online from a different dealer. Blue Diamond did a fabulous job resizing it and it fits perfectly now! There is a VERY slight seam where you can see where it was reconnected after they sized it down but it’s so slight, you have to look really hard. Thank you!!!

Was walking by with a friend and happened to drop in. Debbie was so friendly and taught us so much about the ring business. Turns out they do free consultations and custom designs. She even cleaned my friend’s engagement ring for free while she chatted with us! It looked brand new after her service. Excited to come back to this business for a custom settings in the future.

My fiancé purchased my gorgeous engagement ring from here back in March 2023. He worked with Ravi and had an amazing experience and ultimately came home with my dream ring. I stopped by the shop last week to see if I could get a dainty necklace of mine fixed because my dog accidentally broke the chain. I’m so glad I found Debbie and Ravi! I’m new to collecting fine jewelry and needed a home base to bring my vintage treasures for resizing and repairs.

I’ve come in a handful of times over the last month and every time I do I’m greeted with kindness and treated with warmth and respect.

Last week I came in with a broken necklace and a Ravi and team floated the idea of taking extra material from the necklace and turning it into matching earrings. (They turned out great!) I love working with folks who will help me game out possibilities with what have — sometimes jewelers are hesitant to make a creative suggestion, even when asked directly.

A bonus: Pricing for services is very reasonable. Their turn around time is wicked quick too!
