Best pharmacy and greatest staff!
9/2019 Update.... I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy and Staff! They are so friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. Virginia always has my medication ready. Every visit they ask how my family is doing and really want to know, not just because. Will be a client forever!

Covina Pharmacy always saves me money. When I switched to Kaiser instead of my old doctor who turned me to her. My diabetic meds were expensive and the people there always found savings for me even when my old medical insurance overcharged me and Terri said it would be cheaper to pay cash than use the insurance. Kaiser wants $344.77 for 1 bottle of Lantus Insulin and they charge only $289.00 at Covina Pharmacy. The owner is very friendly but usually in the back working on prescriptions. Great people and prices, check them out or transfer your prescriptions if you use Kaiser.

They always make sure I get the best price possible regardless of my co-pay. Will never go anywhere else. The people who work here are great and the Pharmacist is the most professional and nicest in the Covina area!

I love this pharmacy!! I was paying 175 for an inhaler at walgreens and I was referred to Virgina at Covina pharmacy and she helped me out tremendously!! I paid $30 for my inhaler and saved about $25 on my other meds. They staff is awesome. Every time I go in it’s ready in 5 mins no more waiting days at walgreens Or cvs! They also have good snacks and over the counter supplements and meds! Try it out!

I love this Pharmacy. The people are very friendly. They are always willing to help you. Despite moderate traffic of people coming and going. Every person has personalized attention and have less wait time for meds than big name pharmacies. Love the people!

Well. I don't go there anymore because i no longer take pills 😂 been doing just dandy without them. Lonnie was my favorite 💙 i don't recall the others names but they were nice as well. Take care.

This pharmacy is still seems like friendly family business and is one of the most reasonable priced places if you are paying cash. Everyone is friendly here. Been coming here for years hoping it doesn't change hands. Ever

I have been a very satisfied customer for twenty (20) years. Staff is attentive and accurate with filling prescriptions at an affordable price!

This pharmacy is wonderful. Ever person workingthere ar nice and ready to help. They will ship over night if you cant come in to pharmacy.I will never go else where.

Came in to pick up my monthly prescription. It was my 2nd time using this pharmacy... I think. So I gave one of the ladies my prescription and she tells me they will not be able to fill one of the medications because it was not quite 30 days. I think I was 3 days early. I understood.No problem. After oh I don’t know 20 minutes the Office Manager? Terrie comes to me and says they’re not going to be able to fill another one of my medications, because I got it last month and they do not refill this particular medicine. I explained to her that yes I did get it last month, but I get them EVERY month. I asked how is it a refill when my doctor wrote a new prescription for it and nothing on the prescription said anything about it being a refill? She then took the prescription back “to see what she could do” or whatever she mumbled as she walked back to her computer. Long story long they filled it. Then she tells me the price and it was triple what I paid last month. I said ok, what changed from last month to now all she kept saying was my insurance wasn’t going to pay for me to have this medication. Lol ok, but they’ve been paying. So what changed? After I asked her the 3rd or 4th time she finally said the prices went up. That I understand...When I asked what changed from last month to now she never said that. She just kept saying your insurance is not paying for you to have this medication and not only that she said it in such a way like I wasn’t getting it. Lol. And I was getting on her nerves by asking. I had my kid with me at the time and she was getting into stuff and as I turned my back to tell my kid to put whatever she had in her hand down, I hear Terrie say to the other lady with the dark hair “she didn’t understand”... she didn’t finish saying what she wanted to say because I turned back around.)
Some one mentioned on another review that they are confused... I would also add poor customer service.

I called in and tried to get a cough syrup, first they said they do have it in stock, and i told them I don't need tamiflu - anther medicine, the lady told me she needs to check again for the cough syrup and advised they don't have stock, no back order either. Just don't get it what they really mean
